Apartment located in a panoramic position, large terrace with a beautiful view of the Corciano hill. Private and covered parking space, in addition to condominium parking. The accommodation is very close to the highway junction, perfect for excursions, especially in the direction of Lake Trasimeno and in all directions. Iperconad hypermarket with an adjoining fuel station (one of the cheapest in the area) in the immediate vicinity. For me, a real strength. Clean, bright and well-furnished apartment, with taste. Large living room and very comfortable bedroom. Anastasiia is a very courteous person and attentive to the needs of guests. To the question: "Would you take it back?" Lovely and relaxing place, the apartment is very nice, clean and warm. Very helpful. Great location to visit the villages around Trasimeno Lake and in the hills.

In May 2025, we spent a week at Federica's - it was a wonderful time The apartment is spacious, super clean and in reality more beautiful than shown in the photos. The large terrace, where you can directly look out over the beautiful olive garden. A quiet environment, but the location is perfect for exploring the area. 15 minutes by car to Perugia - but Umbria is not only Perugia: Assisi - simply a must, then also e.g. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello and much more. Fantastic architecture, churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books or catalogs. Our hostess - Federica is an exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful person, she gave us many interesting tips, that have greatly enriched our vacation.
