What a lovely old house , in a tiny peaceful village. We couldn't have had a nicer stop over on our trip from Portugal to Switzerland, and I enjoyed my birthday lazing and playing in the garden. The furnishings and kitchen are not modern, but the house is full of style and charm. Although early June, the house was cool at night and we used the amazing log burner. We were there on Whitsun Monday, and a lot of local shops and restaurants closed early, but we had a trip to the old hill top village of Usson, and bought the best ever chicken from a rotisserie in the nearby village. We didn't meet Sonia, but communication with her was very good and friendly.

This Airbnb is a rare find! The place is clean, really well decorated and Mathieu makes you feel so comfortable … The village is calm and a great spot to start your travel all around the region.

A great stay, a great welcome. The listing is as described, it has everything you need. A home near activities and tourist attractions. Right next to the accommodation, a superb panorama. Lots of hikes and places to visit with our dog.

We had a lovely stay in a real vacation home! Séverine is very responsive and caring. Our dog really enjoyed the garden, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the valley. We could see a fox passing in front of the house. I highly recommend it if you are looking for peace and quiet, proximity to nature and beautiful hiking trails.

Listing as described. For 2 families it's enough, and there's everything you need. It was hot, the house stays cool and that's great! One toilet, that's the only point to note in the house. Outside, beautiful view of a valley where horses roam and come to see you. The land is sloping which requires the tables to be well wedged to eat properly. There are 2 tables and plenty of chairs. 2 armchairs to relax, a little tight when there are more than 2 adults. Otherwise beautiful waterfall not far away, very quiet place and small hike of 4 km around the house otherwise further away there are paths everywhere! In short, it is well located, you just need a car to get to the Tour d'Auvergne (or by bike)

We had a great time in Moussages, in a beautiful building full of charm. When we arrived, Léa welcomed us warmly and showed us around the house, providing us with all the necessary explanations. The house is very well-equipped and offers great comfort, with a breathtaking view of the castle of Auzer. We took the opportunity to visit the surroundings, including the village of Salers and the waterfall of Salins, two places full of charm. Despite the sometimes gloomy weather, the pool greatly contributed to making our stay pleasant and relaxing. A very beautiful break in an exceptional setting! We spent 4 days in this cottage. Jean-Pierre was very friendly and always available. Pool and spa are a real plus of this rental. We'll be happy to go back!

We had the pleasure of staying at Sabine's chalet. This allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled, we would still like to thank her. Peaceful accommodation with beautiful views. The pool is really a positive point with this heat. Sabine also gave us very good advice for restaurants and the small hazards of travel. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit. Sylvie and her husband are very welcoming people, very sunny studio with a view of a beautiful terrace with very large swimming pool and mountain views, very good bedding, very complete kitchen equipment, spacious bathroom, bath towels provided with essentials. Private parking space, Sylvie and her husband do everything to make your stay enjoyable, in short you will have understood I really fell in love with this studio.

another super stay at Tina's. it was perfect for us travelling south on the A75. the pool was lovely after a long hot journey.

We were welcomed as part of our family. A delicious homemade cake was waiting for us when we arrived. The garden is a haven of peace accessible at all times. If you want to disconnect and recharge in the depths of the forest, this is the perfect place! The place is wonderful, the birds are singing and you can hear the water flowing below. The house is very warm. This experience also teaches us how to manage our energy (electricity and water), solar panels. I recommend that you bring headlamps and candles to light your way, in case of lack of sun. Candlelight enhances the atmosphere. I recommend that you travel light and be at least sporty, because access to the cabin is steep. In short, I would highly recommend this place, I will come back!
