We had a great time in this apartment. The accommodation is very pleasant, quiet and perfectly equipped, which allowed us to feel immediately comfortable. Everything is designed for the comfort of the tenants. The owners were very welcoming, available and attentive, which greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. Their kindness and responsiveness are noteworthy. We recommend this apartment without hesitation and will gladly come back if the opportunity arises!

The house was very well equipped with everything you need. Also, many small, useful things were available. We didn't miss anything. The view from the house is truly unparalleled.

Impeccable accommodation, very well furnished, very well equipped, very well located and very clean. It was a pleasure to discover the region from this accommodation: with many interesting sites and hikes close to (35 min max) the accommodation: Lake Chambon, Besse, Puy de Sancy, Puy de Pariou, Puy de Dôme, Vulcania... The Arvernha Resort agency is very professional, so I would recommend this agency and this accommodation without hesitation!

What a joy to spend these few days in Thomas and Anaïs's house, after a nice welcome from her mom!! Everything is quality, very cozy (we felt at home), and impeccably clean! The view is to fall. A nice lake is right next door, and there is no shortage of hiking trails. La Bourboule and Mont Dore are just a few minutes away, there are excellent restaurants :-) A real treat to recharge in this little corner of paradise. Frankly, it was a favorite for us, and we'll be back for sure. Thank you very much.

Elise and Nicolas are caring, attentive, very responsive to any questions. The apartment is perfect in every way. Layout, decoration, very clean, full linen, toiletries and household products at your disposal, good location for activities, shops and market on Sunday morning nearby, free parking space in front of the accommodation. Cozy exterior and not overlooked. Quiet neighborhood. In short, we will be back, that's for sure! :-)

Flat looked exactly like the pictures listed on Air BnB with a beautiful balcony overlooking the city and the cathedral with wonderful views of the Puy de Dome from the bedroom window on the other side of the flat. Flat was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with anything you might need for a stay here! It was smack dab in the centre of the city as well so walkable distance to the Cathedral, many restaurants and shops and also the bus stop which allows you to take the bus all the way to the base of the Puy de Dome where you can ascend by train or foot. Magali who helped us check in and out whilst we were there was incredibly lovely, kind and helpful and made the entire checking in and out process a breeze! Could not recommend a place more!

We had a pleasant stay in Clermont-Ferrand! The accommodation is conveniently located close to the city center while being extremely quiet. Judith was very accommodating and available. The hosts were able to welcome us warmly, with small touches in the apartment whether it was with breakfast, or a guide with all the things to do in the city. The accommodation is very nice, and well equipped! We immediately felt good there. I highly recommend it!! Thanks again to the hosts for this warm welcome, if we are back again we'll be happy to come back! ☺️

It’s a really beautiful place that’s well placed with a good view. The hosts are really nice and are very quick to respond and accommodate to our specific needs. However, it’s missing some essentials like soap, towels and bedding. So don’t forget to get those things with you!

Very functional accommodation 2 steps from the city center, without any noise. The path of the Sancy loop starts on the neighboring street and the tourist office is just a few meters away. We had a great time with my mom in a comfortable apartment. Corinne and Patrick are always attentive and available. I recommend it and hope to be back soon!

great host! all the interactions we had with Robert were interesting. The accommodation is close to major sites if you have a car. I recommend the accommodation and I take the opportunity to recommend the boulangerie de la roche blanche in front of the Intermarché as well ;).
