The main chalet has 2 living rooms, a vaulted dining room and a large living room, allowing you to spend many convivial moments. Each room has its own stove. The garden is terraced, allowing for pleasant moments of relaxation.

Our atypical, warm, peaceful cottage can comfortably accommodate 10 people, perfect for stays for families or groups of friends in all seasons. On the heights of Briançon, it offers panoramic views of the mountains with its large bay windows and panoramic terrace. A few minutes' drive from the Prorel cable car which will take you to the vast Serre-Chevalier area in summer and winter, but also to shops, the Cité Vauban while being surrounded by nature.

Carefully decorated, equipped for your comfort, it can accommodate 2 people. You can admire the Randouillet Fort and the Toulouse Cross, and enjoy our terrace and its amenities. We will be happy to welcome you and guide you in discovering our beautiful region (parking, bike room, ski locker)

Studio located in the village of Villar-Saint-Pancrace, 5 minutes from Briançon. It is about 25 m2 and is located in the basement of our house. It consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It also has an outdoor terrace with barbecue. Close to all amenities (shopping area 3 min. by car), alpine and Nordic ski slopes, as well as hiking/snowshoeing trails. NOTE: bed linen is provided, not bath towels.
