It’s located 15 minutes from the beach and 1 minute walk from the train / bus station. There is a 700Mbps Free Wi-Fi, a drinking Water Filter, a 50inch 4K tv with Apple TV, Netflix and Prime video included. Be aware the flat is on the forth and last floor and there is no elevator.

La casa di Valentina e molto accogliente, con tutto il necessario per trascorrere in tranquillità le vacanze, con uno fantastico spazio esterno per passare del tempo al aperto, e tutto completamente recintato così da poter lasciare liberi i nostri amici a 4 zampe ( che hanno apprezzato molto) ,in una zona tranquilla. Ma nello stesso momento e un perfetto punto di partenza per visitare tutta la maremma e le zone limitrofe. Se dovesse tornare in Toscana senz'altro torneremo in questa casetta.😍

This was one of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. The place was well designed and special attention went to every aspect of the decoration. The place was also the perfect location for our dog because he was able to run freely in the yard. Lorenzo also recommended the restaurant he works at for dinner and the food was fantastic and in a beautiful location. We highly recommend this beautiful airbnb and staying here for your next trip to the Maremma region.

Wir durfte 10 wunderschöne erholsame Tage bei Pascale verbringen. Das Haus und die Terrasse sind wunderschön, gut ausgestattet und es hat nichts gefehlt. Pascale und Gainluca sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, das Dorf gut zu Fuß zu erreichen um abends dort Pizza zu essen oder beim Metzger einzukaufen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge ans Meer, zum Wandern und in die nahegelengen Städte oder Küstenorte zu fahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

casetta piccina immersa nel verde ma munita di tutto, pulita ed ordinata nonostante le varie formiche sul terrazzino . Ludovico host, molto reattivo ed efficiente nel risolvere situazione d'emergenza. Situata a pochi km dal mare ma comodissima per raggiungere altri luoghi della Maremma.
