The cabin is in a great spot and the layout was perfect for our needs. Additionally, the host was very responsive when we had questions. A great stay overall!

My girlfriends and I loved our stay at the Big Dipper! The cabin is beautiful, comfortable and conveniently located. There was plenty of space for the six of us. We particularly enjoyed hanging out on the stunning deck, in the hot tub and at nearby Speedboat Beach. Sally was a communicative and helpful host, and her local recommendations are spot on! We would happily to return and will not hesitate to recommend this property to our friends and family.

We enjoyed the stay at Tina's place. Her house is in a quite neighborhood and very close to the sugar pine point state park. Tina provided very detailed check-in instruction and the place is well-equipped (you can even use the bikes from the shed). We had an issue with the hot water from the shower and she quickly communicated back and arranged for the fix. I recommend to stay in this place.

The place was really great. It had everything including the utensils, towels, barbecue, and many more.

Stayed here for the last 2 days of our honeymoon after a busy week in Napa. What a perfect place to unwind, relax, and get back to nature! The cabin was absolutely perfect for us and provided a great home base for anything in and around Lake Tahoe as it’s located pretty much central to everything around while still being secluded enough to not feel like you’re in a city. The neighborhood was super safe and quiet too; I left my wallet on the dash, doors unlocked over night accidentally, and nothing happened, nor would I be worried to start. Jolene was an amazing host, provided exceptional check-in/out directions, and fantastic local recommendations, and was absolutely un-intrusive. The cabin was fully stocked with quality stuff for everything we needed; plenty of towels, soaps, laundry detergent, etc. We plan on returning back here in a few months over summer and definitely over winter for some skiing. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, quiet,Tahoe get away!

The house was amazing! Very spacious and clean. We had a lot of fun in the hot tub and playing pool and poker with the provided tables. Definitely one of the best AirBNBs I have stayed at. Thanks!

I cannot speak highly enough of this property and the host. We were so sad to leave! I adore A- frames and this one had all the charm. The property had an amazing view of the Lake and the hot tub made the view even better. I would absolutely return! I also cannot speak highly enough of the host, she was so kind and gave detailed recommendations which we utilized and enjoyed!

Can't recommend an airbnb more! The location was stunning, and peaceful; a great place to relax after a long day of hiking. The cabin was super cozy and well supplied for self sufficiency if you want to stay in and cook a nice meal. Also the hosts were both very welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommending to my friends and family.

This place is an absolute gem. The decor is stunning—thoughtfully curated with impeccable taste and attention to detail. Everything inside feels high-end, from the furniture to the finishes, making it not just a place to stay but a space to enjoy. The location is perfect, tucked away in a peaceful area yet still close to everything you’d want to explore. But the real showstopper? The backyard. It’s unreal. Our kid had the best time running around and playing freely, and the creek out back is serene and beautiful—a perfect spot to unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink. You can tell the host put real care into every corner of the home. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish getaway

Very cozy and quaint place. There’s a lake just at a walking distance from the house. Robert is an extremely polite and friendly host and very responsive to all questions. We have 2 dogs and Robert was so thoughtful to provide toys, poop bags and even fur combs! There’s fun board games as well. A very nice stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Lake Tahoe (30 mins only) or just chilling.

The cabin was quaint, cozy and brought us back to childhood memories. We enjoyed burning the wood stove in the evenings and watching VHS movies- such a fun touch! We felt super close to Truckee- only 15 mins down the highway, and what a beautiful drive. We ultimately loved our stay and are grateful for these new memories! We will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough about David’s place. This little cottage has all the feelings of home. It’s super cozy and has a great location. The view is stunning from the deck. David was great about communicating with me and responding to questions. I hope to be able to return to Lake Tahoe someday and I will definitely look into staying here again. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Janet’s place. It was peaceful, relaxing, beautiful and comfortable. The home was spotless and well equipped with everything our family of five needed. We cooked many of our meals at the cabin. The location is minutes from Graeagle and is located on the Feather River. There are many places to sit and relax around the property and on the banks of the river. The indoor and outdoor furniture were both comfortable and plentiful (we don’t always find this). We could see the care and intention with everything in and around the cabin. Our family enjoyed the deck in the morning and evening and had wonderful meals and game time at the large dining table. It was a very hot during part of our stay (we stayed for five days) and there were fans in all rooms; the cabin stayed nice and cool. Janet and Kristin were always responsive and helpful. We highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Laura was an incredible host. She responded promptly to texts and calls with the many questions I had. She was always very helpfull, very pleasant and accommodating. We were delighted with our stay.

This is a wonderful cabin in a peaceful setting. Awesome outdoor space with a huge yard, hot tub and lawn games. Well appointed setup with comfortable beds. Coffee and waffles a nice touch. Communication was excellent and granting us a late checkout on the day our son was headed to his first overnight camp was going above and beyond.

Marilyn has created a home away from home for her guests. The house was much larger than we expected, clean, and had everything we needed. We ran into Marilyn many times on the property and she was so friendly and engaged (especially with my 4 year old). She showed us her new baby chicks, brought us a dozen fresh eggs, and provided carrots to feed the horses in the evening— what a special treat! The house was so quiet and private with comfortable beds, good showers, and so much wildlife. We really enjoyed ourselves and hope to return.

Ben & Nicole have a lovely cabin that’s been fully renovated with modern touches in a quiet woodsy neighborhood not far from downtown Graeagle. Although we didn’t get to fully enjoy the space and all its amenities due to the circumstances for which we were traveling, I’d absolutely love to stay again. It was clean and really was beyond my expectations. Thank you & I hope to have another chance to stay again.

The cabin was such an amazing get away. The location is perfect — 10 min from the Yuba and Nevada City. The cabin is cozy but with everything you could need. And the sauna, tub, and outdoor shower made it feel like we had our own private spa. Will definitely be back again!

Had a great stay at the cabin in Clio. I was worried that it would get too hot inside since the weather was in the 80s and there was no AC but the inside stayed pleasant the entire time. We did not even need to use the fans. The place is exactly as pictured. We cooked most of our meals there without any issue. Everything is very comfortable. Enjoyed the history of the place. Neighborhood was pleasant to walk around and peaceful. Near town of Graeagle where we enjoyed the shops, stores, and the ice cream/coffee eatteries. Convenient for hiking in the Lake Basin area.

This was the nicest stay I’ve ever had with air bnb. The host has absolutely impeccable taste and has created a gorgeous place with high quality linens, comfortable seating, and a master bedroom to die for. This place is also immaculately clean and passed the baby scoot test. We travel a lot and you can always tell how clean a place is by a baby’s onesie after crawling around. A lot of love and care goes into this place. The location is amazing too. Look for a place locals call butterfly beach just 50 feet down the highway for a perfect swimming spot with small children. I will absolutely be staying again.
