The building has undergone "ecobonus 110%" works and has therefore been totally renovated. Apartment with new modern furnishings, equipped with everything (in particular two new Mitsubishi air conditioners: in the living room and in the bedroom), with covered condominium parking and very close to the train station and the highway entrance, a short walk from the center and along a beautiful Corso... on which it is located...! We made a one-night stopover at Silvia's during our trip. It went very well. The accommodation matches the listing in every way and is very well maintained. Despite our late arrival, we found a restaurant a few steps from the accommodation. Silvia is available and her information is very clear.

We spent 6 nights at Cesare's house and everything went very well. The description and photos perfectly describe the apartment. It is very spacious, bright, very clean and well-equipped. Perfect for spending a few days with the family (there were 4 of us, a couple and 2 older children). Plus Cesare is a great host! He was waiting for us where we were, he was attentive to our questions, he advised us where to eat, what to visit and even made us a couple of reservations. We 100% recommend the apartment and beautiful Tuscany! Thank you for everything, Cesare and family!

"La Terrazza" Bright and complete 50 sqm in Tuscany

So where to start... First, wonderful service and the host was very warm! My boyfriend and I only spoke English and French, while Giacomo spoke Italian, but that didn't stop us from falling in love with him! Very easy communication via a translation app. Also, the photos correspond a lot to the accommodation and we were very lucky to have discovered it. Very nice, clean, warm and still quite large. Value for money, it exceeds our expectations and the host does not charge much compared to the services offered in the studio! Despite several incidents related to transportation, Giacomo was very open to helping us. Our only disappointment is the little time we spent there, we would have liked to visit the surroundings more. It's a sign to go back next time we visit the square! Thank you so much for the great experience and we recommend it 100%! :))
