We had a wonderful week. Fred and Sabrina could not have made us feel more welcome. Would highly recommend this for a couple looking for a relaxing break close to many areas of interest. Every need was catered for and more and went way beyond our expectations. Very nice people.

It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Edith and Christophe’s outstanding home. The accommodation within the beautiful grounds is a bucolic haven in an historic building. Everything we had read and the photos we viewed were entirely representative of what we experienced. Edith and Christophe are very welcoming and hospitable, understandably proud of their home and its location. We were given recommendations and plenty of information about what to do and where to go in the local area. The apartment was characterful and clean, with everything we needed. The master bedroom was bright and airy, with a large comfortable bed. The pool in the converted barn was wonderful. Like everything else, the attention to detail is noticeable, with comfortable sun-loungers and use of an open-air jacuzzi. Lounging in the jacuzzi in the summer sun, in a private garden with countryside surroundings was a time to feel good about life! We feel very fortunate to have discovered Logis de Chassagne.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The description is completely in line with reality and the welcome is managed efficiently, allowing you to make the most of a great holiday. Contact with the owners is easy and pleasant, we recommend without hesitation!

Simple accommodation in a nice peaceful setting in the countryside. Very welcoming host with nice touches (homemade jam, etc.).

We had a great time at this lovely house. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, has a lovely garden, and is very quiet and private. The welcome was very nice and an added bonus was generously allowing our children to play with some beach toys stored at the house. The house is five minutes from an excellent bakery, pizza place and bar / cafe and ten minutes walk from a lovely beach.

We had a great time at Denis's place. Host with unparalleled responsiveness and kindness, a real joy. The house is ideally located, quiet and everything is within walking distance. Very clean and well-equipped accommodation as defined in the listing. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. We had a lovely stay. Bruno was very responsive to our requests. We had already come for the first time a few years ago and everything had already gone very well. We will come back without hesitation.

Great accommodation, matches the photos well, clean and spacious. Enough to enjoy both the large spaces inside and also outside. Marie Claude is very friendly, accommodating and with good tips for visiting the area. Recommended.

Very nice house, pleasant, comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. The outside is as beautiful as the inside. Very friendly welcome from Estelle, which doesn't spoil anything. Remote village but not far from the beaches and La Rochelle. I recommend it.

The cottage has a large terrace and huge garden, there's ample parking space which we used for a BBQ for my local friends. Marie, also knowing these people joined us, a very agreeable evening. The place is very convenient for me when I come down to visit these friends, who are from the UK but lived in France for many years. I can easily walk into the village and enjoy an evening with them without worrying about having a little too much wine. The accommodation is very large, very well equipped, good WIFI, I was able to use my laptop to stay informed and listen to Classic FMM when I wished. All in all a very enjoyable stay and I will be coming down again, circumstances permitting, always an issue for octogenarians.

Hi, It's always a real pleasure to come and stay here! The listing is as described and photographed. The location is nice in its tropical landscape. The pool and hammam delight everyone. However, we were disturbed by the dog poop that had not been picked up by the previous tenants. If you have a dog, please respect the vacationers... It's a matter of civility and I don't think it's up to the owners to pick that up... The lawn of the front and back garden was unfortunately overgrown during our stay, we were not able to enjoy the garden behind the house. But we'd love to stay here again!

Wonderful property with great garden and pool - perfect for our family of 5 with young children. Securely enclosed outdoor space, easy access to town centre, supermarket and cycle routes. We will definitely be returning.

Very friendly and kind host. I would recommend it and if we return to the area we will return without hesitation. Thank you for your flexibility, which allowed our children to rest a little more and enjoy the games.

The apartment is located in a very nice environment close to the owners' house but at the same time completely independent and unobstructed. Flawless, clean and perfectly equipped accommodation. We enjoyed the pool. Friendly and attentive hosts. We strongly recommend

Accommodation as expected , clean and spacious. The campsite is nice and so is the staff. The nearby beaches are very beautiful, as well as the bike paths that allow for great walks. The small downside can be the noise on some nights until late hours. Indeed, there is no curfew established by the campsite. Knowing how to live and discretion from a certain hour are not yet assimilated by the many teenagers who wander in the evening . Otherwise very nice stay , to be recommended.
