The Abbacio apartment is part of an old farmhouse that has been restored respecting the original structure and style. Its location is just on the top of the hill, facing the valley. Surronded by vineyards and olive trees, but also attached to the village. From the house you can easily reach by feet wineries, farms and restaurants. Panzano is halfway between Florence and Siena, easily reached with car. By bus there is a good service from and to Florence, not from and to Siena. A very quiet spot!

Wir hatten die Unterkunft nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise nach Elba. Wir würden diese jederzeit wieder buchen. Alessandra hat uns super freundlich empfangen und war immer sofort erreichbar für Fragen bzw. der Abstimmung für die Ankunft. Die Unterkunft selbst hat sehr viel Charme und ist toll gelegen inmitten der Toskana :)

Host is cute Italian couple(who dont speak English but body language will do)they r super friendly and live right upstairs. Cater to our needs right away. House is well equipped and with 180° country side view. We’re very lucky to see fireflies all around the backyard! Very recommended 😍

Het huisje van Daniele laat zich omschrijven als “de pefekte eenvoud!” Ja , het kan zijn dat je even zonder water zit door , zoals in ons geval, een breuk in een gemeentelijke leiding (overmacht dus). Maar zelfs dan staat Daniele (met hulp van Adriano en zijn familie) klaar om met alle beschikbare middelen een oplossing te vinden. Schaduw vind je door als een zonnewijzer met de zon rond het huis mee te draaien, en andere verkoeling is verzekerd door vooral heel veel NIET te doen. Fijn lezen onder het genot van een wijntje! En als je dan even mijmerend van je boek opkijkt zie je in de verte Volterra prachtig op haar bergtop liggen! Toscaanse perfectie!! We zouden het plekje graag voor ons zelf houden , maar gelukkig wil Daniele het ook met jullie delen!! Fantastische aanrader!! Grazie mille Daniele!

Alles war so, wie wir es erwartet hatten! Eine sehr gute, positive Kommunikation - zu jederzeit! Das Häuschen ist einfach bezaubernd. Sehr ruhige Lage, dennoch gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und Abwechslung in der Nähe. An Ausstattung fehlte uns nichts. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich - der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt, wir haben das gar nicht mitbekommen.....als wir aufstanden, war alles blitz blank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und könnten es uns vorstellen, unseren Urlaub erneut dort zu verbringen. Einfach perfekt, um die Toskana zu entdecken und gleichzeitig zu entspannen!

Het verblijf van Daniela en Giuliano is echt een pareltje! De kamer is compact, met een kleine badkamer en keuken, maar perfect voor twee personen. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer is werkelijk prachtig. Buiten kun je heerlijk zitten in de zon of de schaduw, met hetzelfde uitzicht over de Toscaanse heuvels. Het zwembad is heerlijk rustig en biedt een fijne plek om te ontspannen. Daniela en Giuliano zijn fantastische hosts. Ze helpen je graag met alles en runnen hun eigen kleine wijngaard. De wijnproeverij bij hen is een absolute must! En de lieve katjes waren de kers op de taart!

Logement bien situé dans le calme dans un bourg agréable et convivial. Une vue magnifique de la terrasse ! Deux chambres donnent sur la place, donc le soir on entend l'extérieur lors de fête mais dans l'ensemble c'était vraiment génial pour découvrir les alentours et la beauté de la Toscane ! Nous reviendrons en Italie l'an prochain pour découvrir d'autres régions ! Le restaurant en face est super bon avec un rapport qualité prix imbattable et un personnel aux soins ! Merci à Manuela d'avoir été là et à Serena pour toutes les informations !

We had a wonderful time at Matthias and Carmen's house! The house was exactly as described in the listing - clean, spacious, and well maintained. The location was perfect, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless, and the house had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
