Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

Inside our house in the countryside of Bagno di Gavorrano, 12 km from the sea of Follonica and Cala Violina, we rent a 75 sqm apartment that can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. It consists of 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large fully equipped kitchen. We do not provide sheets and towels. There is the possibility of eating outdoors and for check-in just agree on the time. Given the location, it is a good base for visiting an interesting area from many points of view.

The apartment is on the ground floor, in the historic center of Massa Marittima, just 100 meters from the Cathedral square. It is easily accessible from all the parking lots in the historic center and within walking distance you can find: cafes, restaurants, banks, grocery stores, a pastry shop and a pharmacy. The recently renovated 68m house has a separate entrance and consists of: a kitchen with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and a bathroom.

Parking is private and free on site. Pets are allowed at an extra charge.
