Appartement directement voisin de celui du propriétaire, il correspond à une partie rendue indépendante. L'arrivée est fixée à 19h-23h par sécurité, les clefs peuvent le plus souvent être remises bien avant 19h, dire l'heure d'arrivée souhaitée pour voir si elle est possible.

Séjour inoubliable en bord de mer ! Le logement est situé juste en face de la mer, avec une vue à couper le souffle. J’ai pu profiter du lever et du coucher de soleil directement depuis l’appartement un vrai moment magique ! L’endroit est propre, agréable et très bien équipé. Parfait pour se détendre. Je recommande vivement !

Having a pool and a view was wonderful plus the location is in a quiet residential area so very relaxing. The apartment is spacious and with plenty of light The beds were very comfortable and the shower power was good. We didn’t cook but there seemed to be all the necessary equipment and space for doing so. Michelle excelled as a truly super proactive host, providing us with useful suggestions on where to eat and even organised a hairdresser to come to the house at our request. We found a few goodies in the fridge and had a marvellous time. Thanks Michelle.

For Nice, this is a very affordable and great-value sea view apartment. The place is spacious with beautiful interior design, and it’s just across the road from the beach. The room is well-equipped, including a microwave, and there’s also an elevator, which is especially convenient for travelers with large luggage. The main downside is that it’s a bit far from the main attractions, but there are bus and tram stops nearby. Also, the toilet occasionally doesn’t flush properly—hopefully this can be improved.
