Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cette superbe villa ! Le cadre est idyllique, avec une vue imprenable. La maison est spacieuse, propre, bien équipée, et décorée avec goût. On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Mention spéciale pour la piscine, idéale pour se détendre après une journée de visite, balade ou même après la plage. L’emplacement est également top : au calme, tout en étant proche du centre-ville 20 min voiture centre Nice et plage 20 min voiture (Attention 5 min de petit chemin pour l’accès à la villa). Nicolas est très réactif ,de bon conseils et disponibles . Une adresse que nous recommandons sans problème.

Mid-century magnificence! Before arriving, we had pretty high expectations because it looked so stunning in the photos, but actually being here for 5 days has just been so wonderful. It’s been relaxing, restorative and inspiring. The juxtaposition between nature and architecture is simply sublime - creating a very pleasing experience and a holiday we did not want to break the spell from. Walking downstairs each morning to the view of the mountains was just so good for the soul. And to find a friendly bar next door that served wood-fired pizzas on a Friday night - well, what more can you want?! We cannot wait to return.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Carina war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Carine hat bei der Ausstattung so gut wie an alles gedacht. Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren auch super. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :)

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

Unterkunft war wunderschön. Man war für sich der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Man hatte ihn so gut wie für sich alleine. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Hat sehr viele Tipps für die Gegend gegeben und war immer sehr gut erreichbar. Hat sehr schnell auf die Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und gut informiert. Dss Appartement besitzt einen schönen Balkon mit gutem Sonnenschutz und Blick auf das Meer. Ein Parkplatz im Parkhaus war im Preis inbegriffen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Valeries place was excellent, you can say even better than you expected! The apartment itself was great with everything you could need and more! And what about the garden and the pool area, spectacular beautiful and private. Valerie and Gilles were very nice and easy to communicate with, allwaumys ready to help if needed! We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Lägenheten var super! Michael hade verkligen tagit hänsyn till små detaljer som gjorde vistelsen ännu bättre, till exempel strandhandukarna, paraplyet, kryddor osv. Rekommenderar stark detta boende, kan vara bland det bästa airbnb som vi varit på.

The unit was very nice - Fully renovated unit with nice appliances. We really felt at home. The unit was pristine clean and organized when we arrived. Bedrooms have a nice size and have new cabinets. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room make a big positive impact. Location is very good and easy to access public transport to travel within the city Sebastien was very quick to answer - He quickly replied whenever needed. Description on site was very accurate and directions to get access to unit were easy and accurate.

Parfait, hébergement niquel et facile d’accès

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt waren ideal. Kevin war sehr nett und hat uns die schöne Anlage zu Beginn ausführlich gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Dankeschön :-)

Très belle villa avec vue sur la vallée. Très spacieuse et parfaitement bien équipée.

Un’oasi di pace , relax totale casa con tutti i comfort , posizione strategica , Mougins a 10 minuti , Cannes e altre località facilmente raggiungibili , nei dintorni supermercati fornitissimi e molteplici servizi . Super soddisfatti. Roxana è stata molto gentile, ci ha anticipato il check-in visto che siamo arrivati presto, sempre molto attenta alle nostre richieste, ci siamo trovati molto bene, torneremo sicuramente! Famiglia di 4.

Schönes großes Haus, Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, toller Pool, viel Platz. Betten und Kissen fanden wir etwas unbequem, vor all die Plastiküberzüge. Leider gibt es weder Klimaanlage noch Ventilatoren. Und auch keine Fliegengitter. Da wir wegen der Hitze bei offenem Fenster schlafen mussten, bekamen wir jede Nacht unendlich viele Mückenstiche. Und Mückenmittel half da auch nicht.

We loved our stay at the house, the value for money was great! The garden was perfect for our five year old to run around in and we had almost all our meals outside. Pascale was super flexible with both check in and check out time, letting us stay until 5 pm the day of our departure. The location is perfect, as long as you have a car. We visited a bunch of villages and also went to the beach during our stay. A really large Super U (supermarket) is 10 min by car.

We could not have had a better place to spend a week with 3 families. The Villa is stunning and natural. You feel like you’re staying at your own family’s home. Close to Vence, but private with all of the amenities you’ll need. What a fantastic experience. We will be recommending Albert’s place to family and friends and hope to visit again.
