Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in La Madeleine, Nice

Beautiful apartment with great views, very peaceful surroundings and a lovely pool area and private outdoor area. Yvan and Peter are very friendly and make great hosts. Quite a long drive up a very windy mountain road to get to the Airbnb but becomes a lot easier with practice and the Airbnb was easy to find with clear instructions on how to check in! Perfect location for day trips to all the towns on the Côte d’Azur!

Stéphane’s apartment was exactly what we were looking for in Nice. The location is within walking distance to every attraction in Nice and super close to the train station which made touring the French Riviera a breeze. Stéphane was available to answer any questions we had. His apartment was clean and well stocked which is so important when traveling with children.

Gregory-Yann's place was a good location for us. It had some noise during the day but it disappated at night and it was an easy walk for us into the heart of the city. We met others, on tours, who received ear-plugs at their check-in, so we were pleased we opted to be out of the center. We are walkers and had no trouble getting around. Others would be able to easily access the tram. Good directions from the hosts for using the tram from the airport.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our accommodations! This delightful apartment was the perfect size for us, well decorated and peaceful. It is convenient to just about anywhere you want to explore, but there is plenty to do even if you just stay in the beautiful local area. We loved the beach, the gorgeous rooftop pool, the array of restaurants, the natural attractions and the market across the street. Many thanks to Florian, a thoughtful, friendly and welcoming host who responded quickly to any questions we had. We are thrilled to have found this gem and are already looking forward to booking it again!

We had a very nice stay in the flat! It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was ideal, with walking distance to many of the city's attractions, restaurants and shops. In addition, the apartment was close to the train station, which made it very easy to go on day trips to other cities in the area. All in all, a great place we'd love to come back to!

We had an amazing 3 night stay in Nice. The apartment was spotless - we felt right at home, with the bonus of such a large outdoor terrace - and is well located near a tram station and a choice of supermarkets and bakeries. Place as described! Two blocks from the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants including Asian, Mediterranean, French and Italian. Tram is a block away and a 15/20 minute walk to train that takes you to day trips like Cannes, Ventimoglia Italy and Monaco. Host was SUPER responsive and helpful! Perfect for 2 people. Would recommend.

Do not think twice before you book Karim’s place. Karim and his sister were very responsive. The location has a great public transport connectivity and is perfect for 3 people to spend time when in Nice. The property is fully equipped with everything you need. Karim and his sister even let us keep the luggage at the property even after we checkout. 10/10 would recommend.

Super conveniently located to the tram and very nice, modern bathroom. And there was even a bottle of rosé waiting to welcome us! Perfect!

Had a great week. The apartment is spacious, has everything you need and in walking distance from shopping areas, train station and the beach promenade. The host was great, flexible and nice.

Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

Martha's AirBnB is in an incredible location. We enjoyed only having to step out the door to be on the Promenade des Anglais where we went on long walks every evening. This apartment/condo is definitely on the larger side for European standards and there was more than enough space for all 4 of us. Having 2 separate bathrooms was very convenient. We wouldn't hesitate to book this AirBnB again!

This place was incredibly convenient, located very close to the Cannes Lions venue. Whenever I had any issues, the host responded immediately, which was a huge help. The amenities and thoughtful touches—like slippers and other essentials—went far beyond any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Cannes. Truly exceptional hospitality.

It was a clean and pretty accommodation. The advantage of being spacious and comfortable was very great, and it was nice to feel at home while staying in a somewhat unfamiliar city called Nice. Most of all, the host's response was very quick and kind, so I felt reassured.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

We received a warm and very friendly welcome from Valerie and Pascal. They shared generosity and were great tips! Their lovely home is very clean and well equipped. We recommend it to everyone and will return without hesitation!

My husband and myself, along with 3 young adult children stayed at Anna's beautiful home for 7 days. With the home being 4 floors, we each had plenty of space for ourselves as well as common areas - kitchen, living, balcony to spend time together. The location was perfect - easily walkable to the train station and all the restaurants/shops in old town Antibes, as well as the beach! Easy access to other areas in the French Riviera by train (i.e. Cannes, Monaco, Nice, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna's home and can't think of any amenity that was missing. Highly recommend, especially for families or larger groups!

Great value for money. For a couple, this studio is perfect, we were able to enjoy the terrace for an aperitif. Access to a washing machine was very useful. Everything was perfect, both the hospitality and the accommodation. Thanks

A great place to stay - super clean - and well located to discover Monaco, Nice, Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Menton by car 😊 There were three of us there with our son 18 months, everything worked out 😊 And Judith is a lovely and so accommodating host! She came to us super prepared and also translated everything into our language, thank you so much for the entire stay Judith!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !

We had an exceptional stay. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures. Beautiful setting to stay in the south. The garden is very well maintained and offers a very relaxing setting. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the weather, but it's very large. The kitchen is very well equipped. The villa is very well located for a trip to the region, 10 minutes from the highway, and just 30 minutes from Nice. Our hosts were very welcoming with a little surprise for our arrival. I recommend it 100%, everything was really perfect.
