Vacation rentals with an EV charger in La Madeleine, Nice

The apartment is perfect with 2 bedrooms, and upstairs bathroom. The kitchen works well with a large fridge and everything you need. Only tricky part is accessing the unit after the street is closed to traffic. Either a few blocks walk with luggage, or make sure you register your vehicle with the Host over 48 hours in advance (wasn't entirely clear), since check-in is after the street is closed. But once that's all squared, it's a great location to explore the town.

Très bon séjour à Nice dans un appartement propre, bien équipé et agréable à vivre. L’hôte a été super réactif, toujours prêt à aider et très flexible pour l’arrivée, ce qui a été un vrai plus après un long trajet en famille. Petit bémol : si vous dormez sur le canapé-lit, il faut penser à fermer les volets pour éviter la lumière du matin, mais cela implique de déplacer la table et les chaises du balcon, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. L’insonorisation pourrait aussi être améliorée car on entend un peu les bruits de l’extérieur. Cela dit, l’expérience globale reste très positive : emplacement idéal, logement conforme à la description et hôte vraiment attentionné. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

We loved staying at Jd&Al's place. They were so warm and welcoming and their place is beautiful, so tastefully decorated. Saint Cap Jean Ferrat was lovely to walk around at the end of our trip and we enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen on our last night. Wouldn't change a thing.

We just absolutely loved Christopher & Fabien's place. You can tell they spent a great effort in making that place feel at home, with a kind-of vacation-vibe to it. It's in an ideal location of Antibe, with great proximity to everything you would want to see or do. The house was fantastic, cozy, and peaceful. And the clarity on amenities provided, and instructions were clear and precise. Lastly, they were very timely in and helpful in planning correspondence as well as providing recommendations. Highly Recommended!

Si je pouvais, je lui mettrais dix étoiles ! Christophe est vraiment génial et sympa. Il nous a accueillis chaleureusement dans son bel appartement, a la fois charmant et agréable. L’appartement est magnifique, très bien situé dans un quartier parfait, à proximité de la gare SNCF qui dessert toute la Côte d’Azur. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez lui à Cagnes-sur-Mer.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The host was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout, making the check-in process smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the perfect location , nestled in a quiet residential area, yet just a short walk away from many touristic attractions. It truly offered the best of both worlds. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was probably the best Airbnb of our entire trip! The location was perfect, the apartment was super nice and Antoine and his mother Rita were extremely accommodating and kind. Shout out to Rita for all the awesome suggestions and advice! If I could give this place an extra star, I would.. that’s how awesome it was. It’s five seconds away from the train station so it’s perfect if you are planning on doing day trips, but it’s also really easy to walk down to the port and other things in town. We had to leave in a little bit of a rush and Antoine was extremely understanding and accommodating to us. If I come back to Nice, I will be staying here again. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!

Det er virkelig en fin lejlighed med en rigtig god beliggenhed i et roligt område. I gå-afstand til strand, shopping og den gamle bydel. Kan varmt anbefale værten, lejligheden og beliggenheden.

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

La maison d’Olivier est très jolie et très bien situé. La communication avec lui a été fluide et agréable. Le seul petit inconvénient, c’est que le logement se trouve au bord d’une route assez passante, donc il peut y avoir un peu de bruit dans la journée. Mais dans l’ensemble, c’est une très bonne adresse que je recommande !

Ein Traum einer Unterkunft, die noch schöner in Realität ist als auf den Bilder, mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Küche lädt ein zum Kochen und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Beim Pool gibt es ausreichend Schatten, sodass es im Sommer nicht zu heiß ist und man gerne draußen verweilt. Jeder Bereich des Hauses ist ein Genuss, wir wollten gar nicht abreisen! Die Lage war für uns hervorragend, die Flughafen Nizza ist je nach Verkehr in 45 bis 60 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, eine wunderschöne Unterkunft!

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Wir waren zu dritt Anfang Mai 2025 bei Celine und Julien im Haus. Beide sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, Anfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür an beide. Das Haus liegt perfekt für Besuche in den umliegenden Dörfern und Städten (Antibes, Cannes, Nizza, etc.) sowie zum Start von ausgedehnten Wanderungen. Der Pool bietet eine sehr schöne und gerne genutzte Möglichkeit zur Erfrischung danach. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Küche riesig und läd zum Kochen mit Freunden ein. Wir würden immer sehr gerne wiederkommen. Viele Grüße an Celine und Julien

Erika和她先生的房子真的太棒了！位置方便，出门就有非常漂亮的海景，房子私密性好，可以停车。房间很大，干净整洁。院子里有泳池，可以在躺椅上晒太阳。房东提供非常详细的antibes攻略，还有漂亮的自行车可以骑行。非常热情的房东，下次来还会选择入住！

Un séjour réussi dans la belle maison de jeremy. Un hôte très réactif quand nous avons eu un petit soucis avec le portail, et très arrangeant quand à notre heure d’arrivée tardive! une literie de qualité, une cuisine très bien équipée, et l’atout majeur, l’extérieur très agréable!

This lovely home was an absolute oasis for our family! The view is stunning, everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. We booked absolute last minute and Corinne could not have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond, showing us where to park and walking us through not only the home but the entire complex, from the pool to the beach access. If you have a chance to stay here, you must! Double sliding doors open up to a large balcony with so much seating and a fabulous beach view. Home was super quiet and private. We would not have changed a thing. Corinne suggested we visit the village Saint Paul de Vence which was spectacular. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, we can’t speak highly enough about her! Our entire experience here was a joy! Thank you, Corinne!

Ich war mit meiner Freundin 2 Wochen hier und es war super! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Bei Ankunft wurden wir persönlich empfangen und uns wurde die Unterkunft gezeigt, sowie ein Tipp zum Einkaufen bei Intermarché, der gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite ist, mitgegeben. Nachts ist es auf der Hauptstraße etwas laut aber damit ist im Frühjahr an der Côte d' Azur zu rechnen. Eine Bahnstation ist nicht weit entfernt und innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten kann man sowohl nach Cannes als auch nach Monaco fahren. Villeneuve-Loubet ist super gelegen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Our stay at Kim's place was great! The apartment was exactly as described, she was very generous with the towels provided! The place was spotless when we arrived. We hired a car and ended up returning it because the location was perfect for getting the train everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend this place purely for the accessibility to anywhere you want to go. Can easily walk to the port and old town. Kim was an amazing host, responded quickly and also gave very clear instructions. Thank you for having us Kim! I would recommend this place to any couple wanting to explore the French Riviera :)

Eine phantastische Ferienwohnung. Ideal um die Côte d'Azur und die Provence von einem ruhigen, festen Standort aus zu erkunden. Vence ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr schön auch der Pétanqueplatz und der Schwimmingpool.

The apartment was flawless: clean, comfortable, well equipped and very close to Monaco’s center. The host is lovely, very helpful and understanding. I really recommend this place, one of the best value options in the area.

Logement superbe, les hôtes sont aussi superbes que l’appartement. Très gentils, très arrangeants. L’équipement de l’appartement est juste top. Une place de parking a été mise à notre disposition, si vous venez en voiture de sport vous avez largement la place, de plus c’est très sécurisé. Je n’ai jamais eu une aussi belle expérience avec Airbnb. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ☺️ Je recommande les yeux fermés. Belle continuation à vous, Emilie et Antoine
