We had a great time, everything was perfect! The apartment is very well-equipped, clean and in a very quiet residence, close to the beaches and the center of Giens with small touches on arrival. Sébastien is very friendly and was available to welcome us and during our departure. We'll be happy to go back!

Excellent location: feet in the sand on a beautiful beach in Le Lavandou. Accommodation in a very quiet residence. Private parking which is very nice, especially in busy periods. Pierre is a very good host who responds very quickly to messages and adapts to his guests. Michèle the concierge is also friendly.

Olivier’s villa was absolutely beautiful and even better in real life. The villa was absolutely stunning and well equipped for 8 of us. The outdoor space was amazing with the seating and dining areas as well as the pool. The villa was very close to Saint Tropez (around 15 mins by car) and was in a peaceful secluded spot. Olivier was very fast at replying to any requests. I can’t wait to visit again!

An exceptional stay, far beyond our expectations! The house is simply beautiful: set on the water, with breathtaking views, and full amenities that make everyday life incredibly comfortable. It feels like you're at a friend's house, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. We had a very pleasant long weekend in the accommodation. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating as well. The accommodation has a lot of storage and this one has two very convenient bathrooms. I highly recommend for families with children because the residence is quiet and everything is within reach. No need to go any further, the setting is beautiful. You can even order dishes and bread on site.

A truly wonderful apartment & our host Stéphane was amazing…. He could not do enough to make us feel welcome & help us with local recommendations. The apartment is a 10-15 min walk to St Tropez centre but is lovely & quiet. One of the very best AirBnb’s I’ve stayed at. Would highly recommend.

Great apartment, walking distance to the city. The host was super friendly!

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here
