We had a truly lovely stay in this beautifully designed, modern flat. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully styled, with a real eye for detail — it had the charm of a designer home while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we all slept very well. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and although it took a moment to locate the pots, everything was in excellent, new condition — just like the rest of the flat. One of the real highlights was the view: absolutely stunning. Looking out over the sea from the window was every bit as wonderful as described, and it really made our mornings something special. Altogether, a very well-appointed flat in a good location between Nice and St Tropez — we would happily return.

Spacious condo for my husband and myself, could easily accommodate more people. Tastefully decorated, nicely fitted closets and well equipped kitchen - new appliances. The balcony is large. As other guests have mentioned you do hear cars, but you are within walking distance of the main area without the noise of the bars, etc. Cross the road and dip your toes in the sea! It's a great spot to enjoy the sun

It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

The villa is very beautiful, though it lacks in details. For instance, we booked the villa for 7 people and they only left 1 nespresso tab for the coffee machine. Plus there was no showergel or bathroom mat. Also the bed linen in one bed had a big stain. When we arrived at 11.30pm at night we had to call the host via facetime to get the exact location of the key lock and of the villa. It would have been a lot easier if he would have sent us a photo beforehand of the villa location and key lock. But he responded fast so it was ok after all. All in all it was great but there’s room For improvement.

Very pleasant family stay in a beautifully decorated villa with several terraces exposed differently . Very well equipped kitchen and products available . Extraordinary views of the bay with sumptuous sunsets at aperitif time. Village of Giens within walking distance, boat rental nearby everything is easy this season . Thank you to Jean-Charles and his son for the welcome . We highly recommend this waterfront rental (paddles available and launching of the villa) .

Amazing house. We stayed here for a bachelorette and it was perfect for our group. The house was so charming. Oliver did a great job responding to all of our needs quickly. Would stay here again!

We spent a great week with two families in Fabienne's great house. The house is wonderfully quiet, very tastefully decorated and almost even more beautiful than in the photos. There are many areas where you can sit and retreat and very nice large tables both indoors and outdoors where you can sit and eat very well for eight. There is a large gas grill that works very well and the entire kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with Fabienne was straightforward and very friendly. She gave us tips for the area and was always available. We will be happy to come back!

Long weekend in Cap Esterel village, apartment as described located in a beautiful village including parking and access to the communal pool. Well located apartment, impeccable cleanliness, you will find everything you need to spend your stay, Recommended.

We had a very pleasant long weekend in the accommodation. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating as well. The accommodation has a lot of storage and this one has two very convenient bathrooms. I highly recommend for families with children because the residence is quiet and everything is within reach. No need to go any further, the setting is beautiful. You can even order dishes and bread on site.

If you’re looking for pure heaven in Saint Maxime, you must stay at this gorgeous, tastefully decorated top-floor studio right across the street from the beach. AMAZING! 🤩 We were comfy, and had more than we needed (including a beach umbrella and mat, yay!) to enjoy the area. The view of the sea is knock- out beautiful. Restaurants right on the beach with everything good to offer. The hosts are warm, welcoming, and so helpful to explain how to make full use of the amenities. A must stay if you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and close- proximity to all the wonders of this charming French Riviera town. The ferrys to St. Tropez and Ports Grimaud are an easy 10-minute walk. I could write a tome. Traveling alone or as a couple, this is the superlative place to go “ahhh”.

Thank you Florence! It was a very nice stay, the location is amazing, you are in the city center. For us it was important to have a place in the city in order to not have to take the car in direction St tropez because there is always traffic in that direction and for this I find it super! We parked on the street and then we went every day to the beach in Ramatuelle, it’s just a 10 min drive! Absolutely recommended!

A very spacious living room and bedroom with a neat well designed kitchen. A pleasant fairly large terrace, with a view of the sea (through some railings) , harbour and hills. A pleasant interesting walk into the old harbour in 20 minutes, with interesting views of the boats, or streets of boutique shops. In the apartment everything necessary from bin bags to dishwasher tablets was provided. The gardens were clean and private, reducing the noise from the busy road. The shared pool was spotless and quite large for a residence. There were a couple of small but well stocked supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. Our host, Stephan, was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again if going to St Tropez

Thanks to Matthieu for hosting us and for his nice, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. We particularly enjoyed the marina environment, the secure but very easy access to the apartment (codes) and the quiet (especially in the evening). We'll be back without hesitating.

We see this in the many other positive reviews. Small but very functional and perfectly equipped accommodation... right on the water. Special mention for the fact that the dune in front is not fenced (most of the other neighboring buildings have a view of a fence...) which means that the terrace really overlooks a superb privileged setting. Bedding a little soft for us but it's a matter of taste.
