A great weekend spent in this beautiful accommodation. Matches the photos and descriptions, even beyond expectations, it seemed bigger than in the photos, very positive. Clean place where we felt right at home: cozy, cocooning and warm. A beautiful exterior for breakfast and other meals outside. A big thank you to Audrey for her exchanges and availability. I recommend it! ✨

We had a pleasant stay in Christophe's house. The views are simply magical. The place was spotless when we arrived! Being able to do everything on foot is also very appreciable, beach, walk on the coastal path in front of the house, shops and markets nearby. An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation was even better than the photos: clean, bright, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. Everything was designed for the comfort of travelers, from the very comfortable bed to the super well-equipped kitchen. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to everything. The host was very responsive and available, which really made a difference. An experience without any false notes 🤗 I recommend 100% and I will come back without hesitation!

Thanks to Aurélie for a pleasant stay! The listing description was as we expected, all the amenities were present and functional. the most: step-free house and fully fenced.. easy for children and the elderly and the dog:) Nearby: bakery, market, children's play area and at the edge of a small arm of the sea! It was perfect for our big weekend. Recommended!

A house with everything you need for a short stay: welcoming inside, pleasant in the garden-terrace, well-equipped and super well located. The beach is 2 steps away and so is the shopping. Excellent exchanges with both Sophie, the owner, and Sophia, the co-host. An Airbnb as we like them, with a soul.

It is a beautiful studio in a very good location, well-equipped, with an elevator and a beautiful sea view. Breakfast facing the sea on the very pleasant balcony. Not a lot of restaurants all around and a pedestrian street with lots of shops for shopping fans and foodies, several ice cream parlors in this street. The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

Quiet neighborhood with convenient local shops. A big plus the garage. Accommodation a few steps from the embankment that leads us to the beaches as well as to other shops and the city center, not to mention the Ile Penotte district. Not to mention a very friendly and available host. Delighted with our stay.

Our stay was short with a very busy schedule! That's why we only exchanged a few words with our hostess, but we instantly clicked! We also couldn't take advantage of the beautiful pool made available to us but it will be for another time.

Very nice accommodation for 2, compliant, very nice exterior, ideally located in Saint Martin. The concierge who manages the accommodation is great. The only small downside is that access to the parking lot is not easy, you have to come with a small car.

We had a great time at Catherine's place. The apartment is as described and really clean. In addition, Catherine is super welcoming, accommodating and full of good advice! We highly recommend Catherine's place!

I have to say this is one of my favourite places on AirBnB. It’s actually nicer than the photos!! And the most comfortable bed! I loved that a little shopping trolley was even provided for my trips to the boulangerie and marche! Christian was on hand to help with checking in and out. Great location! Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding, which is very comfortable. Ideally located, the residence is very nice, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I would highly recommend it.

A lovely stay at Brigitte's who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easily accessible and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Despite the coolness of the pool, we enjoyed it after our very long bike ride. we'll be happy to come back! thank you Brigitte for your hospitality and trust.

Excellent stay in this studio, it has everything you need, it's super clean, Line is very friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were valuable, the location is ideal, and I was able to find everything I needed within walking distance. Perfect for recharging and slowing down! One thing that could be improved: the mattress, for sensitive backs. Would definitely stay again.

Hi, My parents loved the stay, quiet, really close to the sea, no noise at night or during the day. They liked everything they did and especially going to the beach on foot. Jean Michel and Christine responded to their request very quickly and efficiently. They were happy and came back relaxed and soothed from their stay. Which I think they'll be happy to do again. i highly recommend it.

It was a great time at Nicolas's! The residence is very nice, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot weather and the apartment, with the shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for outdoor breakfasts. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we enjoyed. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice stay in Sylvie's apartment, ideal location close to the old port, aquarium and many restaurants, the apartment is large and very clean, the parking is a big asset, we were able to enjoy La Rochelle on foot, the Hotel for the delivery of the keys is perfect, and Sylvie is very considerate, call before arrival, tips, etc. Great value for money in La Rochelle. We'll be back at Sylvie's!
