This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

L'Aiguillon-la-Presqu'Ile (formerly La Faute-sur-Mer) is a charming little seaside resort between ocean and river, located opposite Île de Ré not far from La Rochelle and Les Sables-d'Olonne. Cozy nest full of charm in St Martin-de-Ré

This charming 46 m2 house/apartment, freshly renovated is in the historic heart of St Martin (18th century building). Ideally located, a short walk to the port, market and shops. Softness, warm light, the decor is neat. Each object has been chosen to live in a simple and pleasant way: current comfort with antique objects.
