300 m from the pine forest and the beach, 500 m from the golf course, 1200 m from the center of La Faute sur Mer, we rent our family house, single-story in a quiet and residential area. It consists of: - a large bright living room with an open and equipped kitchen - 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms Enclosed and wooded garden that can accommodate 2 cars. 2 covered terraces, garden furniture (armchairs, table, sunbeds, umbrella and barbecue). Pets welcome.

For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

La Faute-sur-Mer house 200 m from the beach

Our house is located 200 m from the beach and 100 m from shops, close to everything but quiet. At the front, the large paved and fenced terrace welcomes you for your meals and moments of relaxation. L'Aiguillon-la-Presqu'Ile (formerly La Faute-sur-Mer) is a charming little seaside resort between ocean and river, located opposite Île de Ré not far from La Rochelle and Les Sables-d'Olonne. Parking in the streets around and large free parking nearby.

City house with A/C, terrace and astonishing view

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

Villas Véronique, a piece of paradise on Ile de Ré. A unique place for a new approach to luxury. Beautiful villa with private heated pool with sea 50 m away. The living room is open to the outside. A bedroom with a double bed and high quality bedding connects to the living room through a large carved rosewood door. The second bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom has a natural stone walk-in shower.
