This 100 m² apartment, located a few steps from the famous medieval towers, is the ideal base for exploring the UNESCO heritage village. The apartment has large bright spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with panoramic views of the Tuscan hills, two elegant bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

We are an official agriturismo, there are two other independent apartments on the olive farm that share the pool and private parking.

The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.
