This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Fully equipped studio in Praz de Lys. It has a sofa bed and a folding bed for possibly a 3rd person (child). Guests can take advantage of the large, very quiet balcony to admire the view of the nearby mountains. Beautiful apartment built by us, south facing with large terrace, shared outdoor space and unobstructed view of the mountains. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Ideally located 15 minutes from the ski resorts (Les Gets, Le Grand Massif, Praz de Lys), various activities (hiking, tree climbing, swimming pools, rafting, via ferrata, mountain biking...) as well as 50 minutes from the cities (Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva).

A small cottage ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children at the foot of the mountains, 1.8 km from the ski slopes of the Morillon ski resort and the Grand Massif area (Flaine, Samoëns, Les Carroz). You can enjoy downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing... A beautiful view of the mountains awaits you. We can guide you through the discovery of the valley. We can provide you with linens and towels for 10 euros per person.

Ski-in apartment near Prodains Express

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.

Ground floor of an authentic alpine chalet nestled in the heart of a preserved valley, close to the resorts of Les Gets and Praz de Lys. You will appreciate the cozy side of the accommodation, the surrounding nature and the possibility to fully enjoy the outdoor activities around the chalet with family or friends. You will also have private access to the Nordic bath (optional for short stays of less than a week).

Isolated in the heart of a vast clearing, it is a haven of peace accessible by car in summer. (In winter, access by snowshoe or tracked quad*.) Numerous walks, from the chalet.
