This updated unit has one king size bed located in the bedroom and pull out queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is an inside and outside dining table. You will have access to the beach, pool, pickleball, tennis courts, beach chairs & towels and BBQ grills located in the front of the unit.

Minutes from several boat ramps, restaurants, and the Bokeelia fishing pier. Take the local ferry out to the outside islands like Cayo Costa, Captiva, or Cabage Key or enjoy your time on the beautiful front porch overlooking your own private pond. Please note: there is a small fridge and coffee maker in this flat, but no other cooking facilities. Rent our place through Air BnB and receive a 10% discount on golf cart and bike rentals.
