Apartment vacation rentals in La Condesa

Gaston’s place was in a phenomenal location in La Condesa - easy access to food and drinks and just a few tree-lined blocks from the Bosque. The apartment was comfortable and the decoration playful. Only real downside the water filter in the kitchen was out of commission during our stay. We had a wonderful time in CDMX and Gaston’s place made it easy to explore the city.

Everything as described! Awesome place in a great location. Loved the hammock and the keyboard and the bluetooth speaker (I don't play guitar, sadly). LOU coffee bar became a favourite, just down the road, as did oly restaurant, opposite. Amsterdam 15 min walk away. Tons of great restaurants nearby, like gente de barro for breakfast and NIV for dinner / cocktails. Highly recommended.

The airbnb is just as in the pictures, very spacious and tasteful with beautiful furniture and plants. Looking out the window you are in a canopy of trees. It's on a busy main street, but a very short walk from the peaceful side streets and parks you may want to explore. Pablo is a great host; very responsive, helpful, nice and accommodating!

We loved our stay at Gerardo’s place in CDMX. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the location is perfect. We were within a 10 minute walk from all the bars and restaurants we wanted to try. The restaurant next door is also great! The mid-80s afternoon temp was a bit warm without AC, but Gerardo has plenty of fans that kept us cool at night. Saw some people comment on noise from the neighboring restaurant but we barely heard anything in the larger bedroom. There are noise machines if that’s something you’re concerned about. Thank you for everything Gerardo! We’ll be back.

Amazing stay! The place was super clean, cozy, and close to everything: restaurants, shops, and sights. The host was very responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location right next to the beautiful Parque México! This area was walkable and great restaurants right out the front door and around the corner. The room was nice and fresh and the outdoor patio was a nice touch to sit outside and get some fresh air. The shower felt great after long days of exploring and walking around, great water pressure. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the tv apps to watch movies in our downtime.

Alejandra answered our questions very quickly. The view was beautiful, we could walk everywhere, our flight was late and they took care of our bags after check-out. It had all the amenities described.

My friend and I stayed at this place for 6 nights for a girl’s trip. We felt safe, comfortable and at home. The Airbnb is well situated - close to many restaurants and cafes, beautiful tree lined streets, a small pharmacy across the street, and walkable to Chapultapec park. Our host Emiliano was extremely responsive and addressed all our questions very quickly. The front door is manned constantly by two friendly guards who buzz everyone in and out. The building hosts other Airbnbs as well as locals going about their daily lives. We didn’t notice a lot of noise but the patios listed are essentially courtyards - all windows in the building open into them and noise can carry - if you’re sensitive I’d use a white noise machine or ear plugs. We’d recommend staying here, we liked having our own washrooms and place to lounge in the afternoons and after dinners.

This space is beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. Great space and perfect location! Would absolutely stay again.

This Airbnb is beautiful. It has everything you need, the safety of a 24h doorman and is in an ideal location. I will note that there is no AC, but there is a fan and lots of breeze so we were fine, and it’s on the 4th floor. Also, an early check-in requires an additional fee. Clau and team were helpful and responsive.

Location is incredible! And very spacious apartment. Keep in mind the air condition is a portable one, so it can be kind of noisy. But luckily the weather was cool enough for us to leave the windows open. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent apartment and location, Carlos was a great host and responsive, located in a very nice neighborhood with lots to do within walking distance, would definitely stay there again.

I loved my stay with Capitalia. The apartment is beautiful, more beautiful than in the photos, everything was in perfect condition, clean and safe. The security guard was super friendly. The best location, in front of many restaurants and Antara is a 5-minute walk away. I recommend it 100%, when I return to Mexico City I would love to stay with Capitalia again.

Great place and excellent host!

This place is so adorable! Their housekeeper Kevin was so kind and he even helped us do laundry! The building is an older building with gorgeous wood flooring. Super easy to get into and in a great location. This place is perfect for a couple and it has a gorgeous bathroom with a beautiful shower and soaking tub. The windows are so nice and allow a lot of natural light in but have black out shades for a nice dark sleep. I highly recommend this place. So many great restaurants near by and the host took care of us when we decided to stay an extra day. They treated us so nicely and even sent extra towels promptly.

Very peaceful stay. Terrace was nice.

I had a great stay at Ricardo's place in Polanco! Its location on Avenida Presidente Masaryk meant that it was extremely walkable and close to all of the main restaurants, parks, and shopping in Polanco. The daily housekeeping was a welcome surprise, and the rooftop patio and gym were great additions to the stay. Ricardo was also extremely accommodating when there was some construction noise in my original apartment and was able to move me to a quieter unit the same day.
