After a year-long remodeling project, I’m thrilled to present this personal residence Kaya Kalpa. Every inch of the property has been thoughtfully remodeled. Ideal place for artists, wanderers, all walks of life practitioners to come reset, reflect, and create.  The space is located on Amsterdam street in Condesa, one block from Parque Mexico. Sunny loft with a big terrace in a historic area

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

The first bedroom has a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe; the second bedroom has air conditioning, a king-size bed and a wardrobe. Located on the third floor of an elegantly renovated Porfirian building in Roma Norte. Accessed by a hidden staircase that leads to an oasis of tranquility. Inside there are two bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom.
