Stay in this carefully decorated apartment in a modern style. It is located in a residential complex with 24-hour security and amenities such as a gym, pool, and on-site parking. The apartment is centrally located next to a big avenue and there may be noise. We recently installed noise-insulating windows in the master bedroom for your comfort. The apartment has cable TV, internet, kitchen utensils, bed linen and pillows. You can use two pre-assigned parking spaces, the pool, and the condo gym. Someone will be available remotely if needed La Condesa is in the heart of Mexico City, close to tourist and business areas. It's a 24-hour neighborhood (restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shops, etc.). It has public transportation (metro and buses) or nearby bike stations. Near the apartment is the Chapultepec Metro station, a public transport stop, as well as Ecobici cycle stations. Please note that the apartment is located in a very central area and that there may be noise.

The common areas of the building includes a huge roof garden, gym, hot & cold tubes and steam rooms. You can do home office in the apartment, or in the tidy business area. WiFi speed is 400mbps. Self check-in, and surveilance 24/7. *NOTE: The rooftop is closed in May-June. ALL other amenities works normally.

Entering the Condo you will see the stairs to the second floor. On the right side is the kitchen with the electric stove. It is important to be aware that there are Stairs to go to the Bedrooms. Going up the front stairs you will find the second bedroom with a double bed, desk and office chair to work comfortably, and access to the external terrace with a view to the park. Across the hallway is your full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, dressing room and full bathroom.
