L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. Whether you come for a tourist or business stay, this 40m² accommodation will satisfy you with its decoration and complete equipment. A stone's throw from the quays of the old port, everything is within walking distance to fully enjoy the life of the city with its night market in summer, its entertainment, restaurants and bars, while being quiet for peaceful nights. The beaches and Calanques of Mugel and Figuerolles are equidistant from the accommodation. The shipyard is only 450 m away.

LE "LUMIERE": Quiet studio/Sea view

This quiet studio is located next to the EDEN Theater (Cinéma des Frères Lumières). The seaside is 30 meters away, and at the entrance to the historic center, close to all shops. The first beach is a 6-minute walk away. Sea view, side (3 windows). Kitchen equipped with induction stove, oven, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, ADSL TV, Bluetooth soundbar, air conditioning. Towels and sheets/duvets are provided. The apartment is on the 2nd and top floor without elevator access.

3-bedroom duplex waterfront luxury exceptional view

Duplex apartment T3, 73 m2, all comforts, high standing, seafront with shaded terrace of 85 m2, facing the large beach of La Ciotat, secure private parking, in building classified "art-deco", direct access to the common garden of 1000 m2, bowling game. Very lively neighborhood in July and August: beach a few meters away, restaurants, bars, musical atmosphere. Not recommended for people looking for isolation and absolute calm during these 2 months.

Air-conditioned studio, terrace and parking in Mugel

Air-conditioned studio with sunny terrace, summer kitchen and private and secure parking, at the back of our family home in the Mugel district. Terrace with Chilean table and to enjoy the sun. The studio is cozy, quiet and fully equipped. Upon request, we can make available an umbrella bed. Calanque and Parc du Mugel are a 3-minute walk away. The port, its market, restaurants and shops are less than 10 min walk away.

Nice 2-bedroom Old Port/Downtown/AC ;)

Very quiet apartment overlooking an inner courtyard and bright. It is close to all shops, supermarket, historic city center, boat departure to the calanques at 20 meters because the building is itself 20 meters from the old port. Given its location in the city center, access is pedestrian. In addition, every Sunday there is the market at the port of La Ciotat. This should be taken into account for your travel 😊😉

LE ZOLA sunny apartment

Apartment located on the third floor without elevator (only door with a key box) completely renovated by us, with a beautiful optimization of the space, a neat and choice decoration including a wooden floor to live barefoot. A very bright apartment with solar hues with 3 velux. Great for couples with two children, two or three adults. Very soundproofed. No noise from the street or the harbor.

Very nice 42 m2 apartment with terrace on the port of Cassis, the sardinette has exceptional views of the sea and Cap Canaille. Completely renovated by an interior designer. High-end services and all the desired comfort (air conditioning, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, Nespresso machine). This small gem is a 5-minute walk to the beaches and close to the famous Calanques of Cassis.

Anse Méjean, great landscape, right by the seaside

Méjean is a fishermen's village set above the turquoise waters of an enchanting Mediterranean cove. Its pristine waters are listed for the richness of their fauna. The cove attracts kayakers, paddle boarders, divers and yachts coming to enjoy this haven of peace. The place is easy to access, 15' from Toulon station, but the city remains invisible and it feels like the world's end.
