Seafront 4 minutes' walk from the villa. Our cul-de-sac leads to the Espanet crossing which leads to the sea. The villa has 3 bedrooms upstairs, including 1 master suite with beautiful sea views. The 2nd bedroom has a sea view and the 3rd has a garden view. On the ground floor: veranda, kitchen-dining room, music room, book... 2 bathrooms. Garden with sea view and summer kitchen. Our vacation home is in a green setting. I am not on site but I can always be reached, and I can come if needed.

You can easily and quickly reach the beaches, the Old Port, the new Port, the typical city center with its pedestrian streets. Parking available for several vehicles. Direct access to "the gentle path" appreciated by cyclists and walkers. Linens and towels are provided. No barbecue.
