"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Cozy apartment, located in a quiet village in the plain of San Giuliano Terme, at the foot of the Pisani Mountains. The apartment takes place on two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor there is the bathroom and the living room, with kitchenette. Through the stairs you reach the bedroom, with a large closet and a comfortable double bed. From the bedroom you can see San Giuliano with its mountains.

VILLA GIOMA - Completely renovated country house

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
