Vacation rentals with a patio in La Caletta

We stayed at the property for 12 days with our two children. We felt very comfortable there. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony to the sea every morning at breakfast. The garden was also great for the boys to play in.

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Heaven, I came to Christian's lodge solo, I needed to rest and that's exactly what i got. The place is so quiet, just the birds and the pigs to keep you company. I was there for the first 2 nights completely alone. Orosei is only a 5 minute drive away with lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The closest beaches are 10 minutes away. The entire coast is beautiful, right down the Orosei gulf. Christian is a wonderful host, so welcoming, one day I worked from the accommodation on the communal tables outside and he brought me an espresso, so kind and thoughtful. The room itself is well equipped, i made myself lunch each day and cooked one of the evenings. I really hope to be back one day. Thank you Christian for your hospitality and for the wonderful peaceful escape you have created

Exceptional environment and very nice accommodation, tastefully decorated. We had a small technical problem and Luca and the caretaker were very responsive and efficient. We'll be happy to go back!

House located a few kilometers away from Budoni and reachable in about ten minutes by car. Flawless accommodation, everything as advertised. Carlo was always very kind and helpful in responding to requests. Highly recommended

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

The stay had all the amenities listed in the ad. They let us leave an hour later than requested! It was the space we needed!

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

We had a great time staying at this place. The location right by the harbor with restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity is ideal. In addition, there is a small supermarket opposite that offers everything for everyday needs. Beach within 1 minute walking distance. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

We (two adults with a small child) really enjoyed the accommodation. The amenities and cleanliness were exemplary, and the location was beautiful and quiet. We would be happy to return. We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and arranged everything in a flash! Although the pool is only filled at the beginning of April, Paola made sure that we had it available in March. The beach and the pine forest in front of it are very nice! We had a great time staying at the place. There was everything you needed. The kitchen had everything you could want. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The accommodation has a beautiful view and is super located to visit many beaches in the area. In the morning you can see the sunrise and in the evening it is very quiet there. We will definitely be back!! Franco was always available and informed us about everything. Thank you!

Our stay at the Villetta in Porto San Paolo was nothing short of amazing. Plenty of room inside and out, with some of the best views of the harbor, beaches and Tavolara/Molara that you can ask for. We enjoyed our stay very much!

An all-around perfect place to stay for our family vacation in Sardinia. The apartment is quiet, but restaurants and a supermarket are within easy reach. Particularly beautiful was the large garden with a turtle – our son was thrilled. The apartment is well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The covered outdoor area was perfect for eating and relaxing and significantly expanded the living space. Graziella, the landlady, was very helpful and had great recommendations for child-friendly beaches. A real plus: on the day of departure, we were allowed to stay until the evening – a great relief with a child. We would come back. Clear recommendation for anyone looking for a quiet and family-friendly apartment.

Maria and Valentina are great hosts — very responsive and attentive. We arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time, and as soon as the apartment was cleaned, Maria kindly accommodated us for an early check-in, which is very very appreciated. The apartment was super clean, and the bed sheets smelled lovely :) The apartment is located on a quiet residential street, mostly surrounded by locals, which made it a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Parking was easy and convenient—perfect since I had a car. There’s a small market just a 5-minute walk away, and the Olbia city center is only a 5–7 minute drive. Maria also gave us great recommendations for beaches and a local Sardinian restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in Sardinia, great hosts and would definitely come back!

Excellent and very well equipped apartment with a beautiful veranda and garden (private). Simona kindly showed us around and explained everything. Very well equipped kitchen. Sofa bed sleeps well. Beach, harbor and village within walking distance. Also other nice places close by. In short, an excellent place to have a pleasant stay!

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

We lived in the apartment all week, the apartment corresponds exactly to what is shown in the pictures. The kitchen was super clean and has everything you need to take care of yourself if you want to. The apartment is very central and is only about 10 minutes' walk to Olbia city center. It offers great parking right outside the door. Also, you could wonderfully visit the surroundings of Olbia from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and has a private atmosphere. Gianluca was always friendly and answered our question quickly.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Cala Gonone port, the apartment is very convenient yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. The place is huge with a large terrace. Nothing to complain and would definitely come again if we visit Cala Gonone in the future.

Nice cottage, nicely decorated. The cottage has everything you need and the large garden with beautiful views is a gift. It is wonderfully quiet at night to sleep well in the excellent beds. Clara is very friendly and attentive and responds quickly. Orosei and the supermarkets, restaurants and bars are about 2 kilometers from the cottage (5 minutes by car) and also the beautiful long beach is only 5 minutes by car. Orosei is a great place to visit many places on the island from there. I recommend this cottage to everyone.
