Wall House, in the heart of Prato

AlexRating, 5 stars1 day ago
This was a great place to stay in a smaller city outside Florence. You don’t experience the tourist hustle in Prato, and there are many places with only Italian speakers (but did not impact our positive experiences). Unfortunately, there was a train strike for one of our days so we were unable to travel into Florence (something to consider if you are prioritizing Florence during a short stay - not sure how often strikes happen). When the train was active, it was a 30min ride to Florence SM station, amazing! The city is quiet during the day but there are lots of places for a drink and food in the evening with a lovely crowd of locals. The area felt very safe, and even though it was a busy in the evening, it was quiet and peaceful to sleep. Tatiana’s space is well cared for and clean! The bed was comfortable, but could do with another two pillows. Thank you Tatiana!
A well-maintained pool area features a large swimming pool surrounded by inviting lounge chairs and shaded cabanas. Lush greenery and rolling hills in the background provide a serene landscape, with trees and vineyards enhancing the tranquil atmosphere.

Ancient barn in Tuscan countryside near Florence

RobertRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Two beautiful weeks. Great/quiet location. Huge property (> 50,000 sqm) with its own olive grove, small vegetable garden, many trees and plants. Large pool (approx. 20 x 15 m). Typical Tuscan house (lots of wood/traditional dishes). Relatively new bathrooms and nice kitchen. Mosquito screens. Dishwasher ran again after we refilled with rinse aid/salt. Supermarkets about 10 minutes away. 100m away recommended restaurant. We felt right at home with Fernando. Property very well maintained. Heavenly tranquility. You have to note (it didn't bother us). In the first week, only the gardeners, the pool boy, the beekeeper and the landlady's parents twice were on the property unannounced. They live right next to the house. In the second week, the parents (including Housekeeper) then completely there. Kind and quiet people, who you don't notice much. You should renew the two pool loungers and the two pool chairs. Thank you 🙏

Cipressini 2 - pool and amazing views

BrandonRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We cannot say enough about how fantastic our stay was. Maybe the most gorgeous property we’ve ever seen - even better than the pictures! Pia was incredibly helpful, sent us a whole printout of recommendations for different restaurants, wineries, and things to do. She is incredibly kind, responsive, and proactive - she thought of everything you may need during your stay and gave us a tour of our home. Waking up in the Tuscan countryside and watching the sun rise over the vineyards was relaxing and beautiful. The sunsets were breathtaking to see over the rolling hills in Chianti. Castellina was a cute little town with fantastic places to eat and panoramic views of the valley. And on top of all that, we made a new friend in the Public Relations Manager, Teo - you can be sure you’ll be greeted with a wagging tail and a happy little smile. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!
A modern bathroom features a compact white sink with a sleek faucet, complemented by a wall-mounted mirror. The walls are finished in earthy tones, while a glass shower enclosure is visible in the corner, providing a clean and functional space.

Highly recommended apartment, very well equipped and close to bus stops. The air conditioning was much appreciated with this heatwave. We are very satisfied.

Zagara Toscana: Earthy design home in Fiesole

YannickRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What a beautiful and unique place! It looks even better in real life than it does in the pictures. Very peaceful and well appointed. A bit tricky with a car since the roads and driveway are quite narrow, but we managed! Quite a few stairs, but it’s well worth the effort and adds to the beauty and incredible views. Kiran is very helpful and pleasure to communicate with.
