Amazing location, right across from the beach and close to lovely restaurants. The flat is well managed and communication is great, Pierre & Antoine were superb and allowed us to have an earlier check in and late check out to suit our schedule. Would absolutely come again!

Camille was a great host. She was accommodating, friendly, and greeted us herself. It can be very stressful when checking into airbnbs, yet Camille made the process smooth and easy. She personally greeted us which made the process very comfortable. We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The place was spotless — super clean and well-maintained. The actual space was ever better than the photos. We were shocked when we walked in. The space is huge, clean, and nicely designed. The host clearly puts a lot of care into the space. The location was also perfect! There were so many things to do nearby — great restaurants, local shops, and fun attractions within walking distance. The beach is beautiful and right across the street. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a clean place with tons to do nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

I had the BEST TRIP EVER! Located on the other side of Old Cannes from La Croisette, I was able to discover the historic heart of this lovely seaside town. It is a bit of a lengthy walk, but more than 1/2 is the old town and port/ marina. Absolutely perfect. Building was very quiet and the air conditioning was very helpful. The host is a joy!

Our family of four loved this property for several reasons: The balcony offers a stunning view of the old town and the bay, and every window in the apartment—including the bathroom—features a beautiful outlook. It’s just a 15-minute downhill stroll to the old town, where you’ll find many great restaurants. We especially enjoyed Black Sails—they serve the best burgers! This Airbnb is one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in. You can truly feel how meticulously the owner maintains the space, from the crisp bedding to the thoughtful details throughout. That said, there are two things to keep in mind: The elevator is frequently out of service. The unit is located on what would be considered the 6th floor by U.S. standards, so you may need to carry your luggage up and down and use the stairs daily. Although the unit comes with a parking space, it’s often occupied, and you may not always find an available spot.

Remi's place is beautiful and spacious and they were responsive hosts. The front porch and view are spectacular and the back porch with the plunge pool is private and lovely. We'd happily stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It’s well-equipped, quiet, and offers a stunning view. Every room has air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. The private garage - with an electric door - easily accommodated our Kia Sportage. A lovely bonus was the bakery located right below the building, offering fresh pastries, croissants, cakes, and sandwiches. Cyrielle was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

Jean-Christophe was very attentive to all the details, e.g. the accessibility from the train to the apartment, as well as at check-in. The apartment was as described and incredibly cozy. A wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and the sea, palm trees. Great attention is paid to safety in the complex. The pool with supervision. A very nice restaurant nearby. Within walking distance of everything you need, market, bus stop, access to the train, Cannes, La Croisette in 10 minutes. Beach easy to reach and sports facilities. A perfect apartment for a relaxing vacation. Very happy to come back.

Incredible place, super modern and light with the most incredible views of the sea and mountains, an absolute pleasure to wake up to every morning and perfect for enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace at sunset! Jeremy and his mother are great at communication and make you feel very welcomed! Would recommend for anybody looking for a great stay in Cannes!

Very clean and in very good condition with beautifully landscaped private area and plenty of space, definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, the interior is fully equipped and tidy, everything is just right, the owner replied promptly and recommended the instructions for the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are a lot of delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

Great apartment! Close to the train station, very convenient. We loved the loft and cherry on top, the jacuzzi, so welcome!!! I would recommend without a second thought.
