Vacation rentals with a pool in La Bocca, Cannes

I booked it for a surprise birthday for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The views are breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. We will be delighted to come back and spend a few days in this beautiful house as soon as we have the opportunity

Our stay with Carina was perfect! The place is exactly as described and the loft is super equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

This home was absolutely perfect. Without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us (two families of 4 with small kids) and the house was never crowded. They even had a kids room for our children to play in. The view was spectacular and the infinity pool was just the cherry on top. The pool was warm and the kids spent hours everyday swimming while we relaxed in the loungers. The property even has a bocce ball court. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone would need while on vacation. The hosts were also incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. This home was truly the highlight of our trip to the South of France.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The property is spacious, peaceful, and truly relaxing, a perfect getaway that still feels like home away from home. It’s also in a great location, very close to everything you might need: a supermarket, flower shop, a lovely bakery, and more. A huge thank you to Jonas, our amazing host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. And a very special mention to Arlene, the villa’s charming and attentive caretaker. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always ready to assist with a warm smile. My kids and I had a great unforgettable stay! We will definitely come back!!

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We would love to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

Great sea views and incredible complex with 2 swimming pools. Easy to travel to Cannes and have a morning swim in the sea! Very comfortable with a great terrace.

A nice apartment that is just as shown in the pictures. Only in the kitchen I missed some utensils. Street parking was always available and there was usually a breeze on the terrace. In the evening, unfortunately, the mosquitoes joined us. The beaches in the area are very nice and we also liked some cities. Unfortunately, public transport ran only every hour on some routes in June.

Hello Flo, we had a pleasant stay in this impeccable apartment with breathtaking sea views. Very quiet apart from trains and planes (you get used to it over time). We had a wonderful stay at this place! The view of the sea was absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed soaking up the sun throughout our vacation. Dominique was an excellent host — very responsive and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Check-in and check-out were super flexible, and everything went smoothly without any issues. The apartment, while a bit small (clearly mentioned in the description), felt cozy and quickly became our home away from home. We also had access to a private parking spot in the garage, with direct access to the elevator, which was really convenient. For EV owners, there’s a charging station just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, easily visible from the balcony. Overall, it was a perfect spot for a family getaway, and we had an amazing time during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice apartment, well decorated and perfectly equipped. The pool is a real plus, we enjoyed it. Ideally located, a few minutes walk to the sea and in a quiet area. We had a great time, highly recommend!

The house was very nice and the view just a dream. We just had the problem finding the house. But after we learned that we have to drive a code through a gate to this secured environment, everything worked smoothly.

Beautiful large house, furnishings a bit outdated, very well equipped kitchen, great pool, plenty of space. We found beds and pillows a bit uncomfortable, in front of all the plastic covers. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning or fans. And also no fly screens. Since we had to sleep with the window open because of the heat, we got an infinite amount of mosquito bites every night. And mosquito repellent didn't help.

Beautiful house in a good location. A stay at the top!

We had a lovely stay at this beautifully decorated house. The environment is beautiful, quiet and close to walking trails in the heart of nature. The sea view is very beautiful, the terrace very nice for long summer evenings. The organization of the house is very convenient as the rooms are independent. Thanks again to Muriel for doing her best to make our stay a success!
