If you want a beautiful peaceful location that’s still an easy bus/uber ride to the beaches/ city then Albin’s place is great. Beautiful views in a characterful property that’s small and perfectly laid out. The stairs and hills may be a struggle for the less mobile but the very efficient ac will cool you down once inside!

Alexandra was simply the best host! She was responsive, professional, and her air bnb was clean and in a stunning location. She is so friendly and kind and really made our honeymoon so wonderful and special!!

Amazing location, right across from the beach and close to lovely restaurants. The flat is well managed and communication is great, Pierre & Antoine were superb and allowed us to have an earlier check in and late check out to suit our schedule. Would absolutely come again!

We had a great time at Maurice's, who welcomed us with pleasant touches (bottles of cold water, bottle of rosé, etc.) The apartment is as described. Everything is done to make you feel good as soon as you arrive. Its geographical location is ideal, whether for strolling in the area, going to the beach or shopping (bus, TER, market, etc.) The plus, mobile air conditioning and fans, much needed in summer Thanks again Maurice!

Really cozy, tidy apartment in a nice location. The balcony is just wonderful and the pool is nice. The apartment has everything you need. The sea is right next door, as well as restaurants, there is a bus to the center of Cannes in front of the apartment. We fit well as a family of four in the apartment. We recommend it!

This is a very comfortable and convenient apartment in a fantastic location Excellent service. Great facilities. Two balconies and exceptionally close to a very useful Train station on the Nice - Grasse line. six minutes to Cannes

This location is fantastic as a central base in Cannes. Bus stop right outside with 3 buses running regularly in to centre of town, which is walkable if your kids don’t complain about short walks like ours! Very easy to access Ferries to the islands and nearby towns. The apartment was very spacious and ideal for our family. Cafes and beach within a short walk. If you want a change of scenery poolside, Luxhotel just 900m away does pool, towel and water for £25 & bar & food available to use. We will be back!

Daisy and her dad George were great. Communication was easy and prompt and everything was lovely. The apartment was very comfortable and bright, with an amazing sea view, and well equipped. If you leave the window/door open during the night it gets a bit noisy, but if you don't mind air conditioning, you can close the slide door and then you don't hear anything at all. There is underground parking provided. The beach is just across the road, and it took us about 20 walking into the city. Check-out also worked well. Thank you to Daisy and George!

The listing was 100% consistent with the descriptions and photos. The location is central. Very pleasant and comfortable. There was a downside on the outside noise in the evening but otherwise everything was good

Camille was a great host. She was accommodating, friendly, and greeted us herself. It can be very stressful when checking into airbnbs, yet Camille made the process smooth and easy. She personally greeted us which made the process very comfortable. We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The place was spotless — super clean and well-maintained. The actual space was ever better than the photos. We were shocked when we walked in. The space is huge, clean, and nicely designed. The host clearly puts a lot of care into the space. The location was also perfect! There were so many things to do nearby — great restaurants, local shops, and fun attractions within walking distance. The beach is beautiful and right across the street. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a clean place with tons to do nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the best stay we have ever had in Cannes. Loved the flat and felt right at home from the start. We extended our stay because simply did not want to leave. The flat is just off of the beach via a private locked gate. It is also within walking distance to the center of Cannes with cafes and restaurants between the home and town. We differently will be booking here again for our annual visit to Cannes.

Very pleasant stay in an apartment close to everything that is interesting in Cannes, access to the keys and the apartment were simple, and the help by message very clear. Everything was also very clean.

everything was perfect, clean and nice accommodation with 2 superb views, quiet. the only difficulty was accessing the accommodation because the directions we had were arriving by the underground parking. from the outside very complicated because of many buildings and we did not have the name of ours. Florence immediately answered and guided me by phone. Perfect stay

Very clean and in very good condition with beautifully landscaped private area and plenty of space, definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

Everything was great, the only detail was the lack of a curtain in one of the windows.

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, the interior is fully equipped and tidy, everything is just right, the owner replied promptly and recommended the instructions for the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are a lot of delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Great apartment! Close to the train station, very convenient. We loved the loft and cherry on top, the jacuzzi, so welcome!!! I would recommend without a second thought.
