Apartment vacation rentals in Cannes

I were in Cannes for the movie festival. Everyday I walk to the festival palace, it's an easy 30 mins walk next to the sea. Everything was great. Alice is very helpful. The apartment is comfortable and well-equiped.

We found a jewel in Cannes! Jean's condo was perfect: spacious, comfy, well appointed, fabulous balcony with the beautiful Carlton Hotel right down the street and the shining blue of the Mediterranean called to us every morning. You can't beat the location - half a block to La Croisette and the beach and one block to the shopping streets of Rue d'Antibes and Rue Hoche. Too too many choices of delicious restaurants within a block or two. The sad part was leaving. But, we will be back - hopefully next year and now can't imagine staying anywhere else but Jean's !

This place had a million dollar view of the ocean that cannot be understated. The location was an easy few minute drive to the center of Cannes and all the points beyond. Parking at the building was super convenient. The unit was stocked with all the essentials. The host was easy to communicate with for the check in/out process. We were traveling in by car from Italy, and she kept in touch on our progress so that our arrival was perfect. Again, it was spacious inside and out with an incredible ocean front view. A real lucky fine. We hope to return and recommend 100%!

Lovely apartment in the heart of Cannes! All shops, restaurants are close by including the beach and main promenade. Carole was lovely to communicate with, always responsive and very kind.

Incredible place, super modern and light with the most incredible views of the sea and mountains, an absolute pleasure to wake up to every morning and perfect for enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace at sunset! Jeremy and his mother are great at communication and make you feel very welcomed! Would recommend for anybody looking for a great stay in Cannes!

Rachael’s place is absolutely perfect. It’s extremely clean and tastefully-designed, with clear thought put into every detail, both practically and aesthetically. The kitchen is wonderful with upscale, modern appliances. Great shower and bathroom with lots of counter space. Excellent location in the heart of historic Le Suquet, tucked away on a charming pedestrian-only street, with restaurants and shops literally steps from the door. The windows open to let in the ambience of the bustling cafes right outside, with views of the clock tower and red tile roofs. Then when you close the windows, they are completely soundproof for a restful sleep. Great closet space with plenty of drawers, hanging space, and full-length mirrors. Plus a washing machine for laundry. Just a spectacular stay all around. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly peaceful, very clean, and in a perfect location, just a short walk to the Croisette. The host was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Loved my time here and the hosts were amazing!

The apartment is at the center of Cannes. It's very close to the public beach, popular restaurants and shopping. Virtually the heartbeat of town. Consequently, it can be a bit noisy in the late evening into morning. It is not the place if you want a sleepy, remote location, but absolutely the choice if you want to really experience Cannes. The host was very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend this place for a fun, exciting and memorable trip.

Beautiful apartment, with absolutely everything you would need for a perfect holiday, the kitchen was very well equipped. We didn’t cook, but should we have wanted to there was everything we could have possibly needed, the kitchen drawers were perfectly organised too. All in all, the apartment is just perfect, really felt like home from home. Should we visit Cannes again we would most definitely stay in the same apartment, Elodie you should be so proud of the cleanliness of your apartment, I’m hard to please but really it was faultless. A special thank you to Joelle who is very charming, and helpful. Thank you once again.

This was a lovely apartment in a perfect location. It was in a secure building and I loved that it had a lift for taking up our luggage. It was very clean modern apartment with big windows that opened onto Rue d'antibes. no terrace but there was a bit of a spot in each window that let us sit and enjoy the view. We even had a little conversation with the people across the street. My only negatives with the apartment is the description said it had a washer and a dryer and it only had a washer. Traveling with our 6 year old granddaughter meant we had a bit more laundry to do while visiting. There was a drying rack but with no outdoor space to hang the clothes, it took a long time for things to dry. Also, there were no hand towels provided in thr bathrooms so we bought paper towels just for quick hand and face washing, minor issue. I would recommend his place. He was a very nice host and was always responsive.

This place is amazing!!! The location is absolutely perfect. Steps from the beach, 5 min from the metro, so many shops and restaurants close by! I can’t recommend it enough. And the apartment is gorgeous! And much cheaper than a 5 star hotel but you still feel like you’re staying in one! Loved it so much. And right across the street from the Cannes film festival! No noise issues either! Was very quiet and peaceful

Our second time here. We still love the location close to beaches for swimming, SUP and kayaking as well as easy to walk to the Croisette or jump on the Palm Bus. The balcony has a very nice & calm view to the sea and will rarely be too hot.

Perfect apartment and Alexandre is very responsive. We will be back!

Fantastic apartment and service - cannot recommend enough!

Nice and clean apartment. Comfortable beds and linens. Perfect location in town. The only downside is the elevator, which is very small and cramped.

My stay with Cyril was amazing as a single woman travelling alone Cyril was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist with whatever i needed. I would highly recommend to stay at his Air B&B.
