It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

La Remise, my grandfather used to store his tractor there. Completely renovated, it has become a 90 m2 detached house with a 110 m2 fenced garden, mini pool & garage. A spacious living room, equipped kitchen, living room & mezzanine with 2 single beds. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed + balcony with table & chairs. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds. Bathroom & separate toilet. 4-star classified furnished tourist accommodation: 65 m2 in a green setting. The private terrace overlooks a forest of oaks and pines with views of the hills. A bedroom with a large bed (hotel quality) and an adjoining bathroom + a fully equipped open kitchen and overlooking a living room with 2 single sofa beds. Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
