The house is functional and bright. The kitchen is very well-equipped, practical, next to the living room and terrace. The garden is very nice, especially with the heated pool and petanque court. We enjoyed it during our short stay. The house is in a good location, quiet, next to the bakery, the city center, the beaches, etc. We had a pleasant stay with friends in this home.

A modern kitchen is showcased with sleek white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. A compact dining table is positioned nearby, and a washing machine is integrated into the cabinetry. Wood flooring and subtle lighting create a bright and functional space.

Located close to shops and the beach. This accommodation offers a beautiful peaceful space that allowed us to make a nice stopover in Fromentine during our bike hike (with 2 children) on the Velodyssee. Highly recommended.

Very well located, sea view, 2 steps from the beach, the pier of the island of D'yeu and the bridge of Noirmoutier. Busy neighborhood. Private parking space at the foot of the small building. Very pleasant accommodation to stay in with large enclosed balcony with sea view. We won't hesitate to go back if the opportunity arises. Attentive and responsive owner.

Nice accommodation and above all very well located, 2 steps from the sea. Very comfortable queen size bed. Maxime is very responsive and accommodating.

Very nice accommodation, tastefully decorated with all the necessities, even towels and the bed, a joy that was multi-position thanks to the remote controls included. We love it, especially after days of cycling😀. Friendly host, thank you very much.

We stayed 6 days as a 3 (with our 2-year-old son), and enjoyed our stay very much. It's a small but practical apartment, and matches the photos. This is not a "room" as it is categorized on Airbnb but a totally independent apartment, adjoining the owners' house. Yves and his wife are very friendly, and we were given good advice. We rented bikes for the week and were able to enjoy the many bike paths in the pine forest to discover the surroundings.

A private terrace features two lounge chairs positioned on smooth wooden decking. Surrounding greenery contributes to a natural ambiance, while a wooden fence provides privacy. The scene is brightened by clear skies and sunlight, creating an inviting outdoor space.
