A superb rental, very well located with parking. A very pleasant sea view. Very well-stocked accommodation where everything is thought of (washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine, fan, duvet, blanket). Perfect bedding. A very pleasant and beautifully decorated apartment. A very accessible host. Welcoming and always responsive. It was perfect. We'll be back.

Very well located, quiet studio. Well-equipped, just missing 1 coffee machine. We have 1 French press, not practical for me! Tastefully decorated and very clean studio, with 1 magnificent view of the ocean. I would highly recommend it Great bike ride. Everything is super well appointed.

Delighted with our stay at Kate's place. First of all, Kate is a very welcoming and friendly host, always responsive and with good advice. The accommodation is very charming and very clean and especially located 30 seconds' walk from the beach. Quiet and private space. Parking is a plus. In short, we loved it and will come back without hesitation.

We had a pleasant stay in Noirmoutier. Vincent and Kate are very friendly. A warm welcome upon arrival. Very clean and functional accommodation. There's nothing missing. It's very cozy and tastefully decorated. Then there's also a parking space. Would definitely stay again. I recommend it to all future travelers who want to come and visit the island of Noirmoutier.

Le Collet was the perfect place to finish our French holiday and our only regret was that we hadn’t booked to stay longer. Catherine and Laurent were really friendly and accommodating. Directions were clear and easy to follow. The house is lovely, well-equipped and comfortable and the outdoor space makes it really flexible. We absolutely loved the area and definitely need to come back to explore more. We only managed to do one of the recommended walks (though it was 18km and we even saw a coypu - ragondin!). The guinguette in town on Saturday was great, but we also enjoyed having the option of local restaurants we could walk to. We would definitely stay again and recommend Catherine and Laurents place to everyone.

We had a wonderful time. The house was just as pictured, the view, with a remarkable location. A favorite, it was sad to leave this magical place. David is a nice person.
