Clean and very well-equipped accommodation, close to Annecy, many activities and the center of Thones. Huguette and Christian are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Very happy stay!

Jean-Marc offered to take us to a site close to their home while showing us his native region. A big thank you to Maria and Jean-Marc for their advice and availability. How lucky we were to stay in this perfectly located cocoon. What a pleasure to eat on the terrace, with the birds singing, the sheep bells and the gentle sound of the river. The area is a gem. I would 100% recommend!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

The cottage was impeccable, well-equipped and in line with the description. It's a peaceful place with magnificent views of the mountains. We appreciated Jean-Michel's interest in us and his quick responses. Staying at Jean-Michel's was a pleasure. We recommend it.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The accommodation is very well located for discovering the region, both quiet, functional and impeccably clean. Guillaume is a friendly, welcoming and very pleasant host, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I would recommend it in a second!

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

Lovely apartment in a great location - very peaceful but still so close to Annecy. Very nice hosts and efficient check in and check out. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is available and the apartment has been furnished with lots of attention to detail - we felt very comfortable there. Great spot!

Perfect welcome, very attentive but discreet. We had a wonderful stay at Gérard and Anne's where we didn't want for anything, there is everything you need to cook and to stay peacefully, from the blender to the deckchairs in the sun (or not). I highly recommend this accommodation from which many hikes start directly. Small high-altitude restaurant and waterfall a stone's throw away... A real joy to live where you feel that the hosts really welcome you for pleasure.

We had a great time at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity to restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very pleasant host, eager to make your stay successful. We will be back!

Great stay at Florence and Hugues'. The view is amazing, what a pleasure to have breakfast facing the mountains. the accommodation is in a very good location, close to thones and there are plenty of outdoor activities and hikes to do in the area. I Ve stayed only one day but it had everything I needed . It is suitable for 1 young couple or 1 person because the bed is in the mezzanine with a slim ladder.Thank you Beatrice for your flexibility!

A very well designed apartment. Very functional. Close to Menthon Saint Bernard beach... short walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few meters in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex gives a good feeling of security. If we had any questions, the landlord responded immediately and gave us very attractive tips for activities, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!

Very nice apartment. Perfect for participating in the Alpsman because it's in Cité du Lac. Metin was super accommodating. We recommend it!
