Wow, such a clean and neat cottage. very well equipped and has everything needed for a couple to have an amazing break. Our host was helpful and responsive but also allowed us all the space and privacy we needed. we saw amazing birdlife and little dassies while relaxing in the jacuzzi. a great base to reach all the best beaches and reserves on the south coast. cant wait to go back

Tugela river lodge is the perfect blend of nature and comfort. Highly recommend for anyone looking to disconnect and recharge!

We had the most incredible stay. The hot tub is an absolute hit! Star gazing at night under the beautiful Milky Way. Clear beautiful skies. Incredible views. Peaceful and absolutely breath taking. What a lovely get away. They were super helpful in organising a horse ride outside of their services. Always smiling and friendly and willing to assist.

What a gem! Perfect place for 2. Spacious, modern and very clean, with everything you need for a very comfortable self-catering stay. Stunning views of Cathedral Peak from the hottub, covered braai area, beautiful gardens, easy access to local restaurants and shops, and 10mins drive from Monks Cowl Campsite/office for some of the best hikes the Berg has to offer. Jess was a fantastic host. We would definitely stay here again.

Hlatini is honestly magic! We were there a few months ago and justhad to come back! The beach is literally on your doorstep, the garden is huge and full of birds, it's just heaven.

A wonderful stopover - the perfect halfway point between Joburg and Durban! The place was peaceful, cozy, clean, and made even more special by the wood-burning fire, which was perfect for the chilly evenings. Belinda and Janet were incredibly accommodating (especially on such short notice). We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like milk and a sherry waiting for us in the fridge. Check-in and check-out were simple and smooth. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again.

Lovely, private little spot with a nice little runaround space for the dogs. Just around the corner from Memorial Park which is perfect for dog walking. Highly recommended.

Wow! What a wonderful, relaxing home to holiday in! The photos don’t do it justice, it is even more stunning in person. We loved every moment of our stay, especially the direct access to the beach. Lindiwe was so helpful too. Thank you Debbie, we can’t wait to book our next trip!

Britt & Mike's place is a lovely spot in Kloof which is exactly as described. It is spacious and tastefully decorated. The check in was easy and there were clear instructions in the room, including local recommendations. This cottage is very central in Kloof within walking distance of a few good restaurants. Just keep in mind it is on quite a busy road. We had a few bumps with checkout (not the hosts fault) and they dealt with it professionally and kindly.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay, beautiful house and garden in a very secluded area. Awesome views and a quick walk to the beach, which is very private. Loved the wrap around veranda with plenty of outdoor furniture to lounge around on. Will definitely be back!

Maryke was such a wonderful host! Her warm welcome made us feel right at home as we arrived. Honey Cottage is a magical getaway with idyllic views and a tranquil atmosphere. From dreamy mountainside surroundings to a fully equipped farm stay cottage- every detail made this stay incredibly worthwhile! The area is safe, the premise is secure and easy to access with a standard road vehicle. 100% recommend!

Just loved staying at the cottage. Wonderful to be in the countryside with the kids and to make such special memories. Cottage is full of heritage with small touches that make such a difference. Lots of warm blankets and electric blankets for the beds for those cold winter evenings. Such a treat to be able to have an indoor fire too

The Berg has always been a special place for us, as a family, but now we have found our go-to holiday home which makes it that much more special. Our kids had so much fun that they didn’t want to leave. In fact, none of us wanted really to leave. Bubu was also so amazing and friendly. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.

Our stay at Ripon Cottage was such a delight. The scenery and accommodation were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Erika was very kind and considerate throughout our stay and went the extra mile providing us with a cot after a last minute request. I’d definitely recommend her properties to friends and family and would love to return one day. Oh & their pup Charlie is very beautiful & friendly - he took a liking to our 7.5 month old son.

When spontanously looking for an accomodation in the Drakensberg, we stumbled over Emmas beautiful cottage. The road to this little cottage was a bit adventourous, but totally worth it. On the one hand you can go on the most amazing hikes close by and on the other hand relax at the lovely little cottage. Thanks to Emma we had a fantastic stay and can recommend staying here to a 100%.

This was not my first time staying at Simon’s place. The stay was absolutely amazing, hosts were so kind and so friendly and accommodating. The stay was 10/10!!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾❤️❤️ felt so at home I actually cried when I had to leave. I wish I could stay there the whole year. Such amazing people, so grateful for them welcoming me to their space and please may they send my love to their two beautiful friendly dogs 💖💖🌸🌸
