In 5 minutes you can walk to the old town of Schwäbisch Hall. The apartment is located on a quiet street where you will also find a parking space for your car. Our friendly apartment (approx. 40 m²) offers a stroll through the design history of the 1920s to the present day. All the furniture has been lovingly restored.

The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. We offer you a cozy one-bedroom apartment under our garage with a separate entrance. It is well suited if you are in the area on business or want to discover Schwäbisch Hall. The apartment consists of a larger living and sleeping area with bed, sofa bed, small dining table, TV and fireplace. The bed includes a pull-out guest bed. There is also a small kitchen and a small bathroom. The garden can be used to enjoy the sun and the view.

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.
