Here you are surrounded by picturesque alleys close to the sea and cliffs, but also to the forest with exercise trails 600 meters away. In high season, there are 3 good restaurants within about 400 meters. The cottage was built in 2012 with underfloor heating and a high coziness factor. From the terrace, you have a beautiful sea view. If you need to work with the computer or stream movies, there is fiber with internet connection up to 250Mbit/sec completely free. AppleTV is available in the cottage.

Our house is located on a quiet street and it is about 1.5 km down to Kungshamn center where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance. Enjoy from a distance the boats passing by Havets E6. Silence prevails in the evening, but if you want nightlife, take a taxi boat from the city center straight up to Smögenbryggan with bustling crowds in summer and silence in winter.

In the cabin there is a well-equipped kitchen, social area with direct exit to its own lovely terrace with sea view and a delicious bathroom with shower. The deck has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even though the square meters are few, you experience that everything is accommodated in the cabin. Directly outside is parking and here you will also find the path down to the jetty and the sea. Sunset bench. Welcome!

Rent our brand new apartment on cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 meters to the cliffs and 100 meters to the jetty, our 3rd floor apartment has many beds and a large balcony with sea views. From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.
