In high season, there are 3 good restaurants within about 400 meters. The cottage was built in 2012 with underfloor heating and a high coziness factor. From the terrace, you have a beautiful sea view. If you need to work with the computer or stream movies, there is fiber with internet connection up to 250Mbit/sec completely free. AppleTV is available in the cottage.

Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

Our house is located on a quiet street and it is about 1.5 km down to Kungshamn center where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance. In the cabin there is a well-equipped kitchen, social area with direct exit to its own lovely terrace with sea view and a delicious bathroom with shower. The deck has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even though the square meters are few, you experience that everything is accommodated in the cabin. Directly outside is parking and here you will also find the path down to the jetty and the sea. Sunset bench. Welcome!

Welcome to a stay filled with saltwater swimming, fresh shrimp and vacation. We offer a newly built apartment of 60 sqm with a generous patio in the afternoon sun. The apartment is in a quiet area with only a few minutes' walk to the nearest swimming and restaurants, as well as the Zita boat that in the summer takes you over to Smögenbryggan and/or the Hållöexpressen that takes you to the west coast's finest swimming. All seasons have their charm ~ Fresh winds and a calm pace in autumn and winter.

After a full day of sun and swimming on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you go down the stairs to the slightly cooler bedroom with a 160 bed.
