Upstairs there is a full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The layout is open with sofa, TV and dining area for 6-8 people. A washing machine and extra freezer are located in the garage located wall-in wall with the apartment. Parking is available next to the house. The guesthouse location see the plan sketch. Own garden group.

Tio minuters gångväg till Bokenäs Spa https://www.bokenaset.com där ni kan äta, spa:a eller köpa en glass. Även närhet till flera av Bohusläns riktiga smultronställen såsom Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund (25 minuter med bil), bilfärjan till Lysekil har ni 10 minuter bort. Eller så stannar ni hemma på den mysiga tomten, solar, grillar och njuter av lugnet.

Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists' collective workshop, artist cafe (on weekends and all days in summer.) Also close to famous tourist resorts such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is next to the residential house. Lugnt area, most part year accommodation.

We hire out our annex near the sea and swimming area! Patio with barbecue with sun all day. One bedroom, one sofa bed and a loft with 4 beds. 5 min to the beach and 10 min to two really good restaurants. Close to Gothenburg and Smögen. Golf course within walking distance and tennis court as well. Kayaks and bikes find for rent close by. Rented weekly Saturday to Saturday. Enjoy and relax in this calm, stylish space. For bed linen and towels and cleaning there is an extra fee!

Cleaning is not included, but if you do not want to clean yourself, you can order cleaning for a surcharge of SEK 900. Not pets.
