Cosy cottage in the nature and 75 meter to ocean

This is a wonderful, charming and cozy cottage in a naturreservate with just 100 meter to the ocean, where you also find a small beach and rocks. People like the silence here. Its a with bunk bed (140cm bed and 90 cm beds) and a trinettekitchen and fridge. Shower is outside with cold och hot vatter and also a dubbel outhouse with view over the ocean. Our big house is just beside, but still you got youre own place. Its 21 km to Gothenburg, 17 km to Kungälv and to the lovley Marstrand its 26 km.

Huset ligger med en fantastisk utsikt precis på bryggan vid Rönnängs marina. Båtar, fåglar och annat passerar förbi medan man sitter på altanen i sydväst läge. Eller om vädret inte är det bästa sitter man inne vid brasan och njuter av att se vädrets makter på havet! Huset har alla bekvämligheter inklusive kaffemaskin, ismaskin, 60" TV och braskamin. Det finns också diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns 2 uteplatser varav den större på kajkanten i syd-väst. 1 meter från vattnet.

Underbar stuga med uterum som har havsutsikt

Vi hyr ut vår stuga som är en riktig pärla året om. Läget är perfekt med 5-10 minuters promenad till salta bad och fina utsiktsplatser. Med bilen tar du dig på 20 minuter till Marstrand och 35 minuter till Göteborg och vi rekommenderar att man har bil. Stugan är äldre och enkel men har delvis renoverats under vintern 2025. Den ligger på en vacker naturtomt och har ett uterum med altan som har havsutsikt. Huset passar barnfamiljer, kompisar och par. Max 4 vuxna men fler om det är barn.

This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.
