The house is rural, it is about 85 sqm, it is 2 km to the nearest swimming, everything is within 15 km. No events/parties, Max 4 people, not under 25 years, no smoking indoors, no pets are allowed, but there have been animals before. Access to the cottage no earlier than 4 pm, departure no later than 12 pm. Bed linen and towels, duvets, pillows are available. The house is located with a fantastic view right on the jetty at Rönnängs marina. Boats, birds, and other things pass by while sitting on the patio in the southwest location. Or if the weather is not the best thing, you sit inside by the fire and enjoy seeing the weather powers on the sea! The house has all the amenities including coffee machine, ice maker, 60" TV and fireplace. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There are 2 patios of which the larger one on the quay edge in south-west. 1 meter from water.

Hot tub, sauna and sea swimming - Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with almost all the facilities one needs. We have three rooms with beds for two people in each room. In addition, we have two extra beds to use for those of you who have children with you. Summer time is included in the cottage but max 8 people in total. Our house is situated high and with a sea view. On the top floor there are four bedrooms with a double bed in three of them. The fourth has a single bed with an extra bed. There is a big room with a large sofa for hanging out with the family or friends or just enjoying the fantastic view. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a dining area and a sofa for relaxing or socialising. On this floor there is a large bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom. Garden is beautiful.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape.
