Peaceful accommodation by the sea

With the sea in view, the guest house, built in 2021, is located on a part of our property. There are sleeping accommodations for four people, two in a double bedroom and two in the loft in single beds. The guest house has a wind-protected patio. Here, all seasons have their charm. May-September there is a bathing ladder from the rocks 200 m away. It is a little over a km to the municipal swimming area with docks. There are good opportunities for walks/hikes and excursions on Tjörn. Härön protects against the winds from the open sea in the west.

Walking distance to two excellent restaurants in Rönnäng. Take the ferry from Rönnäng's pier to the beautiful islands of Åstol and Dyrön. There are many nice hiking trails in Rönnäng and the surrounding area. It is about 350 meters to the ICA store and in Skärhamn, 10 km away, there is a larger ICA store, a liquor store and even more restaurants and shops.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Here you have a home with a hall and bedroom on the ground floor and upstairs there is a living room (with a fireplace) and kitchen (with a dishwasher) in an open plan with up to 4 m to the ceiling.
