We have two balconies, one of which is large with a southwest that has a fantastic view of the sea and the harbor. We also have a wonderful patio that is private from neighbors with garden furniture. A cozy greenhouse of 25m2 where I have some nice flowers and plants. Cozy to sit and hang out in. A beautiful garden with various plantings and fruit trees

Our island house in the woods

Our home has space, open plan with room for community and with big windows you are embraced by a lush garden. Patios with sun all day. It also includes electric car charging, trampoline, sandbox and lots of blackberries. The house is in a forested area, a stone's throw from fine hikes and close to saltwater swimming. Tjörn's best sourdough bakery can be reached via a 20 minute walk. And if you walk another 10 minutes you will reach the archipelago idyll on the small picturesque island of Klädesholmen.

Downstairs in villa

Hello! We rent out our ground floor consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Private newly renovated toilet and shower is available in the laundry room. Nearest stop is at Nol station (12 min) Parking in the driveway. We share the entrance/hallway as well as laundry room. Longer rental periods possible but as we want to keep upstairs to ourselves no kitchen will be available to you. There is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and the possibility of coffee/tea.

Sit down on one of the terraces and enjoy each other's company and the view of meadows and the sea. Apartment at Villa Marstrand, in the middle of the quay, just a stone's throw from the ferry. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with spacious bunk bed (2x140 cm), as well as a sofa bed in the living room for one more guest. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower and a cozy living room . As guest you have access to the sauna, outdoor pool and barbecue area. Restaurant is in the house serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
