We are very pleased to have stayed at his house. I stayed with my wife and daughter for 3 nights. It was very good for us to sleep quietly at night when we were very tired. Only the beds were not as comfortable as we wanted. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything you needed. It's nice to be 10 minutes away from the beach and within walking distance of everywhere. We parked our car in a private parking lot and were able to travel around Budva without needing it. Aleksandar is a very friendly person and he answered whatever we asked immediately. If we come back, we'll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful stay! There are 3 apartments and the owner lives on the ground floor. This one is very discreet so if you are lucky and the other two apartments are not rented, you feel like you are alone and also have the pool all to yourself! Really a top stay!

Just nice for 1 night stay

Absolutely amazing property. The pool is perfect for both kids and adults, providing endless fun and relaxation. The atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful and quiet, ideal for a restful getaway. Nice bar, where they served delicious cocktails. The convenience of parking is a big plus, and the surroundings are absolutely stunning with beautiful olive trees all around. The view of the nearby island is breathtaking, and the beaches are simply amazing.

Ana is very welcoming. We received a cup of coffee and tea upon arrival. Gave us good places to eat and even drove us to a tavern where we feasted

Everything was great, very spacious, fresh and clean apartment. Wonderful view of the sea from the balcony. There is everything you need, even a beach umbrella. Parking space as an important plus. The beach is literally a minute away, there are many cafes nearby and there is a shop on the embankment. The only minus is a poorly built drain in the shower, water spills all over the bathroom.

The location was perfect, accessible to main places in Kotor. We loved amazing view from balcony and it was exactly as described in the info. The kitchen was full of required stuff and the towels and the sheets were totally clean. We felt like home. The host was so nice and helpful, he gave many local recommendations. If you go to Kotor, I highly recommend to stay at this place!

I highly recommend this apartment. The large balcony has a fantastic view of the bay of Budva and it's a quick walk down the hill to the old town and Mogren breach. The apartment itself was very clean and has plenty of space with three double bedrooms. The host was very helpful throughout our stay.

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

Absolutely amazing AirBnB! Beautiful location, easy to find with good direction by some very responisve hosts. We had some additional request and the host was very accomodating. We got to enjoy the barbeque, some lovely local wines and the amazing view. Honestly could not recommend this airbnb enough! It was an amazing experience. And then with such a low price it is an absolute steal!

We rested for 12 days, I really liked it! Friendly and helpful hosts, will tell you and help! Speaking English well, they also understand Russian with a bang! Great view of the apartment, convenient location - 6-7 minutes walk to the beach. Nearby is the old town, no noise, which is very important! Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

We had a lovely stay at this place. Description and pictures are consistent with the apartment. The latter is very well located in the small town of Rijeka (close to a convenience store, restaurants and the river). Ivana is very good tips for restaurants nearby and is very responsive when we have a question. She also advised us to take a boat ride with her dad at sunset on Lake Skadar. Amazing experience, which we highly recommend! You can book your stay with Ivana without a second thought.

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.
