Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Kuljače

Paulina is great host and her apartment truly follows the spirit of the of the old town. It is undeniably great place to stay in Budva if not the best. We didn’t have any problems with check in and checkout, Paulina was always responding and giving explicit instructions when needed. Parking is just outside of the old town near hotel, it is very easy to get from there even with luggage, for tourists costs 15€ per day (need to tell at parking counter that you stay 2 days and more, otherwise it’s 45€ per 24 hours). This information about parking is not common and was not covered in comments properly, so I felt it is useful to have it here. Apartment is in the heart of the old town, we strongly recommend to wake up early in the morning and go out before 8am to see the place without tourists, it’s truly amazing. Just under the Paulina’s apartment there is a shop with craft souvenirs, we found it outstanding, paintings of old town by local Balkan artist. Dmitry, Albina and 2 naughty boys!

Very warm welcome from Igor’s family, wonderful location, and a very comfy and well equipped house! We also really enjoyed going for a canoe adventure on the lake using Igor’s boat! Highly recommend!

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

The house was excellent!

We were guests at Jas’ apartment as a family of four with two younger children. The apartment was very clean and offers a lot of space. It is located in a quiet area, which offers a very good starting point for exploring the fjord, the mountains in the surrounding area or the touristy very interesting places Kotor and Budvar! Despite the still early time in the year (end of April) and on average about 20 degrees Celsius, the sun was very warm and our children were in the well-kept pool every day. Overall the accommodation was modern, clean and well maintained. Jas, the host, communicated very friendly and proactive, was quickly available for questions and gave precise descriptions for the arrival and for orientation in the apartment. In general, a lot was thought of from the perspective of the guests: there was a lot of wood ready for the fireplace, neighbour Rosa welcomed us friendly and there were enough towels and other basics for the first days in the apartment. Highly recommend!

Ado's place is perfect for us to relax before heading home. Right along the coastline where the first thing you see when you get out of the property is the Bay (Just to clarify, you cannot see the Bay inside the unit). It's very peaceful and yet within 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Abundant restaurants and even some markets to dine and shop. Ado also recommended a fish market for us to buy fresh catch. It's a must visit place if you love to cook seafood and drink wine. We arrived very late at night, so it was a bit nervous driving the narrow coastal road with cars parked on both sides and without street lights. But Ado was kind enough to have his daughter waited outside for us. The bathroom was a bit tight and the water heater capacity was small, so if you are a group of four and want hot showers, you will have to space yourselves or take quick showers. We got used to it the second night :) All in all, it was a splendid stay. Thank you for everything, Ado. Best to Bo-Bo too.

Dreamtime Villa was one of the best AirBnB villa's we stayed in. The villa is spacious, as indicated on the site. Anz who is Marko's son he is present at the villa 24x7, which is a great help. He takes care of all the needs and that was an added advantage. He was reachable whenever required and has super knowledge about the area. The Villa is around 30 min drive from Lustica Bay where there are lots of nice restaurants and grocery. Villa has sizable swimming pool, pool table and lot of facilities to keep you and kids busy at the villa.

Amazing stay at Jelena’s place. Wonderful views of the water and spectacular sunsets. Nearby great restaurants and driving distance to nearby beaches. The pool is also a plus. Would definitely recommend booking and would consider booking here in the future :)

the only thing is it is private but the if we wanna drink and dance and sing after 10 that will be a difficult easily the next house people start banging the wall to stop making noise

It was a really great stay! The house and the view were just great. The service of the host and her team was particularly good. The price even included freshly prepared breakfast every day, which we experienced as a great surprise. The wellness area is also highly recommended. Overall a clear recommendation.

The place is lovely with everything you can possibly need. The views over the pool are spectacular, especially at sunset. Nady was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again

Marko & his wife are amazing hosts! They are very friendly and always ready to help and give some advice! Marko responds quickly. They even helped us to order some pizzas. The villa was amazing and as described. We had a great time and would like to come again! 😊

Budimir and his son run an incredible place. They made us feel at home instantly. There is also a private restaurant that is just for the AirBnB. The table set up by the sea is unreal. 100000% recommend.

The apartment was great. Location is right next to the restaurants/ beaches and Old Town ( 4 min walk). EACH room has AC , which is a must if you travel in the summer. Beds are very comfortable. The building has its own restaurant and reception. They call the taxi if you need. Milos is very a helpful and accommodating host who responded to questions promptly and clearly. What a fantastic and unique place to stay in beautiful surroundings. Had such a wonderful night at the tree house and my only disappointment was not booking an extra night. The tree house is extremely well built and all fittings, fixtures and interior done to a high standard. Would recommend to anyone.

We recently stayed for a week away with our young family. The house is absolutely perfect, has everything you can possibly need for an incredible holiday. The view is out of this world - we felt very lucky to be there. Mladen was so friendly and helpful, answering all questions we had very quickly and going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We spent wonderful days in Danilo’s apartment with our son and our dog. Danilo and his family are wonderful, attentive hosts. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, modern, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the fantastic view and the large balconies. The apartment is easy to reach, and we were able to park our car conveniently next to the house. You can take beautiful walks along the promenade on foot. The beautiful towns of Kotor, Perast, Herceg Novi, and others are easily accessible by car. If we visit Montenegro again, we would be very happy to stay with Danilo once more.

We arrived very late after midnight, but Stefan met us and showed us the apartments. We were traveling with our two cats and Stefan welcomed all of us including our pets. The location of the apartment is beautiful. It is next to the sea and the beach. Close to the old town and surrounded by tons of supermarkets. We had a problem with the stove but Stefan was very responsive and everything was resolved quickly. Hope Stefan fixes the stove to avoid such problems in the future.
