Apartment vacation rentals in Kuljače

We stayed for 3 nights in this magical place. Vesna, the host, is very welcoming and sweet. She helped us with every question we had. The place itself is a definite WOW! The aprtment is very spacious, full of light and breeze and the view of the bay is nothing less than spactacular. It is quiet and feels like country side just 15-20 min of Budva center, and walking distance from beach. More Specifically, if you are vegetarian or vegan (like my partner :)) her resturant offers super delicious food, cooked with attention to details and full of love- everything is made by her, organic and fresh. Budva doesnt offer almost any vegetarian/ vegan healthy and tasty food so discovering this was the cherry on cake. It you like something different than ordinary crowded hotels and like the airbnb vibe this is the place for you! Vesna, thx alot for making us feel at home ❤️

We had a great time in Rafailovići and Andrea’s apartment was a peaceful and comfortable place to stay with a lovely leafy terrace. Her family were also very friendly and kind. Our young son enjoyed being close to the local beach (you’ll also find lots of bars and restaurants, plus a decent supermarket along the beachfront), and we also enjoyed visiting Budva Old Town and Sveti Stefan using local buses.

We were two couples staying in the apartment. It was spacious enough, clean, and everything was well taken care of. The location was just a 5-minute drive from the city center. I would definitely recommend it.

Le logement est très beau, bien agencé et équipé. La vue de la terrasse et au bord de la piscine est vraiment extraordinaire 😍 Sonja et Neno sont des personnes en or, comme on en rencontre rarement dans une vie ! En résumé tout était parfait, merci encore ❤️

Marijana e David são anfitriões fantásticos! Foram super prestativos! O apartamento é perfeito, pequeno mas muito arrumado, o sofá cama é super confortável e tem todas as comodidades necessárias para estadia. A piscina do condomínio é mais um grande diferencial e a vista para a praia também. Definitivamente ficaria lá novamente. O melhor airbnb da região!

It’s a very cozy and amazing apartment. We lived here one month and felt at home. Ivan and Dragana - very friendly, helpful, cute, they made our living here unforgettable. We’re in love with Montenegro, local people and this apartment ❤️

Property looked exactly like the photos and was very clean. Host was friendly and responsive. With a grocery store right downstairs and the sea only a few blocks away, it’s a very walkable location. Definitely recommend.

1+1 tarzında pansiyon gibi düşünebilirsiniz. İçerisi çok temizdi,yatak ve yastıklar,çarşaflar tertemizdi. İşim gereği çok fazla otele gidiyorum,yastıkların kılıfı temiz fakat içi genelde ter lekesi vs olur.Burada yastık yorgan yatak tertemiz ve düzenliydi.Banyo havluları günlük olarak değiştirildi.Çamaşır makinesi deniz tatili yaptığımız için çok işimize yaradı.Elektrikli ocak mevcut işe yarıyor. Biz birinci Katta kaldığımız için pek manzara yoktu balkonda fakat üst katların manzarası daha güzel.Old towna yürümek için uzak fakat aracınız varsa sorun olmaz.Otopark mevcut ki budvada hayati bişey otopark. Evden ayrılıp düz şekilde sahile inerseniz denize girebilirsiniz,yürüme mesafesinde. Gayet güzel bir konaklama oldu bizim için,özellikle temizlik açısından çok memnun kaldık.Tekrar budvaya geldiğimde ilk önceliğim yine burası olur.

The apartment was great for our needs with a lovely view the only downside was the access which was challenging on foot and wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues other than that we had a fantastic stay.

I cannot speak highly enough of Karen. He was the best host we have ever had the privilege of being welcomed by. Nothing was too much trouble. Karen was communicative from the outset, sharing a wealth of local information which was so helpful, he also helped us with restaurant bookings too. Karen went above and beyond, by taking us to the supermarket when we arrived so we'd have a stocked kitchen. Thank you so much! I would urge you to stay at Karen's beautiful apartment if you are considering a trip to Montenegro!

I think, it’s the best view on sea, mountains and city in Budva 😍 Perfect location, amazing apartment where you can find whatever you need. Marina is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended ❤️

The apartment was great. It was spacious, clean , beautifully furnished and had everything we needed and more : extra pillows, blankets, salt, sugar, oil, shampoo, detergent, etc. Views and location 10 out of 10. The host , Tina went above and beyond! She is a very helpful host and simply a great person! We are extremely happy with our stay. Thank you!

We visited this place as a family with a todler in June 2025. The flat was clean and got everything we needed. Our navigation didnt work quite well but Aleksandar was very helpful and always responsive. He even managed to get us someone who helped to find the right entrance. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool you share with other nice residents, clean gym and spa and surprisingly clean kids room. The residence is on the hill so if you want to go down to the beach be ready for a steep way back, but hey, we managed it with a toddler or you can go by a car. If you need anything, the host response ususally within a minute and there is a building manager you can approach for any help or advice. The only downside was the ongoing construction of new residential buildings around, but it's nothing the host can do about. Thanks for having us!

We stayed as two couples and it was a very comfortable, pleasant stay. A car is absolutely necessary, but the location is wonderful, private, and quiet. Amazing views from the apartment, the patio, and the beautiful seating area above the kitchen! The only thing we wished we'd known before we booked was that the hot tub is €10 per 30 minutes. We loved our stay with you Mira. The place is beautiful, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the view from the balcony to wake up to each morning is blissful. Thank you so much for picking us up from the bus station and dropping us off, too. Mira and her family are very friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer! Thank you so much, we hope to stay here again in the future.

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my visit, always quick to reply and assist with anything I needed. The place is in a great location — just a 15-minute walk to Budva Beach and the Old Town, which made it super convenient for exploring. Highly recommend!

Booking this place is the best thing you can do for yourself. It’s extremely clean, beautiful, new and luxurious. It has everything you can possibly need and even more! The bathtub with the view on Kotor Bay is perfect. There’s a place to park. The communication with the host was great as well. Happy we ended up here!

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

The apartment has everything you need for a family with an infant or toddler, from a crib to baby chair, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The only recommendation for the host is to get rid of some of the furniture. When looking for a place, the address didn't show up on Google maps, so please create a pin for your Airbnb, so people can find it easily.

I wish I could give a 6-star rating for Mirjam's communications. She was not only hyperresponsive but also made a sincere effort to anticipate and understand potential needs. I have not seen this level of support before.

The apartment is a great find! It is tucked up in the hills with an amazing view of the city below. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The steam shower and sauna were a great touch after a long day of walking. Huge courtyard to park your vehicle off the road. We will definitely be booking again.
